La experiencia la realizamos en nuestro hogar en donde exhibimos muchas piezas de arte peruano y que nos ayudan a contar nuestras historias. Somos productores de pisco, tenemos nuestra propia fábrica en la provincia de Ica! Por eso, podrás probar muchas variedades y hacer tu propio pisco sour con el sabor que elijas y que seguramente no encontrarás en ningún restaurante de la ciudad! Viajamos constantemente por todo el Perú y Jose Antonio es Chef Profesional, así que te daremos tips únicos de restaurantes, lugares locales y sitios secretos para que puedas personalizar y mejorar tu viaje dentro de nuestro país. Al finalizar la experiencia, tenemos una sorpresa!

The Cooking class was perfect. We prepare a nice tartare and ceviche of fish. And you can also make your own pisco sour coktail. Very interesting and José is very friendly so It's nice, so the cooking class is just too good! I recommend 100% this class 👨🍳

In a small group of four, Jose welcomes us to his home for a relaxed cooking class, with good ingredients and a cheerful atmosphere! An opportunity to taste pisco sours with many different flavors and from his production. It was a great time, I recommend it!!
This was an awesome experience with Jose Antonio . He taught me a lot about the history of the drink and taught me how to make the food properly. Very personable and patient and really great experience. If you have a chance I would highly recommend taking his class.
I had such a great time at this cooking class! I was the only one but the whole experience was awesome. José Antonio was super friendly and made everything feel relaxed right from the start. He was patient, answered all my questions, and you could tell he genuinely loves what he’s doing. What I liked most was how he explained the facts and culture behind things. It didn’t feel like a strict class—it was more like cooking and chatting while learning along the way😃 Also, the food vi made was really flavorful and tasty. Overall, it was just a really enjoyable experience. Good food, good atmosphere, and a great teacher. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in Peru!

Jose Antonio is a very good chef and we had a fantastic experience. He is very knowledgeable of the peruvian cooking and of lima. You will be entertained and eat the best ceviche in lima!
Without a doubt an experience that all visitors to Peru should try, the kindness and patience of Jose Antonio to explain step by step how to make a pisco sour, a tuna tartare and a ceviche, are certainly outstanding, and let alone the taste of the dishes. Worth it
