Cetina River Extreme Canyoning Adventure desde Split o Zadvarje

Fun, challenging tour. From changing clothes it was 2 min. with a van, then 10 min. descending to the river. Scrambling over rocks, swimming, several rapids, a few jumps of 3 and 6m. If you book the Extreme tour you will rappel twice, 1 of 50m and 1 of 20m, although they actually just lower you. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to operate the rope yourself, which is very unfortunate if you already have experience. But it's a beautiful canyon. At the end it is fortunately only 15 minutes walk and then you are already at the van. They take pictures and you get them for free. Our guides Lena, Lovre and Desa were top! We were a group of 15, which is quite a lot, although we heard that they sometimes do much larger groups. The whole trip from changing clothes to returning to the warehouse took 4.5 hours, of which we spent about 3 hours in the canyon. For most of them it will be doable, there were also participants who have never done it before, but you have to dare a bit and be a bit this. You can't bring food or drinks and they don't have anything with them, so make sure you have snacks afterwards. Bring good shoes; if you don't have them, they have real canyoning shoes for rent for €7.

Excellent experience. Went with my teenage son who had a ball. Not for the faint hearted. Need a good level of fitness. He enjoyed the hiking, swimming, sliding and rappelling. Guides very helpful and attentive. Focus on safety.

Me and my friends absolutely adored this activity. Desa and Tony our tour guides were FABULOUS. We felt so safe and were cracking up the entire time. One of my favorite, if not my favorite, activities of my entire month long trip so far. If you’re thinking about it BOOK IT.

It was overall a great experience, we all felt very secure and still experienced thr thrill of jumping in the river and climbing through tunnels and high belaying. Very affordable pricing and the length of the trip was exactly as we could handle on this day.

This tour was exceptional and our favorite excursion we did on our trip! The scenery was beautiful and Iris and Toni were the perfect guides! They are very good at what they do, kind, and patient as I was not the fastest in the group. This tour was great exercise and used every muscle in my body, but worth it! Iris and Toni went above and beyond to make this tour a memorable, exciting experience!
