A diferencia de un asador turístico, esta cena guiada se lleva a cabo en una churrascaria clásica donde los lugareños se reúnen, llena de risas, aroma y ritmo. Aprenderás sobre los cortes, los vinos y las historias detrás de la parrilla, todo mientras compartes la mesa con otros viajeros que llegan como extraños y se van como amigos. No se trata solo de lo que comes, sino de lo que te llevas a casa : una comprensión más profunda de la cultura de Brasil — y recuerdos que aromatizarán tus comidas para siempre. Ofrecemos dos opciones gastronómicas : Palacio Churrascaria, un asador brasileño de 5 estrellas con una gran variedad de carne de res, cerdo, pollo, marisco, sushi, e incluso pescado típico de la Amazonia. La otra experiencia es en Churrascaria Carretão, un asador brasileño de 4 estrellas enfocado en carne de res, cerdo y pollo. Ambas experiencias incluyen una botella de vino por persona.

A great experience, where cooking together is a pleasant and fun time. The leader ensures that everyone is comfortable, and is ready to participate fully. The course is sprinkled with anecdotes and exchanges around the culture of Brazil, its geography. The course ends with the tasting of the prepared dishes. It really takes a colorful character, a chef, and a real master of ceremonies!

The cooking class was an amazing experience! Roberto the chef was informative, very helpful, and made the entire session fun and engaging. He guided us through each step, taught us about the ingredients, helped with the preparation, and even took great photos of us throughout the class.
