It was a lovely experience but it was crowded. The management during dinner could have been better. Overall an average experience.
I'm very happy with the tour because it's full of hospitality. First of all, the pick-up driver was kind. Then there was the splendid ship that dreams spread from the moment you saw the boat boarding, and the quality of the live music and dance was high, and everyone was excited to have a dance time with the audience involved.
The transfer was amazing from the driver to the car. The boat trip was nice with a good variety of food for dinner it was a buffet.
The car transfer there was punctual. Food was mediocre at best. As a solo person, I was basically ignored and had to ask for water three times, and finally went looking for it myself.

Throughout your experience, we were in communication with you via WhatsApp and made it clear that the cruise is typically designed for couples. Despite this, we assured you that we would be available if any issues arose. Our team checked in with you twice during the tour, and at no point did you mention any concerns. It was only after the tour, during our third follow-up, that you informed us you were unhappy with the service. Even so, we have offered you a 30% discount on all future services as a gesture of goodwill. We are confident that we did our part to ensure your satisfaction during the experience.
Amazing experience, good food, polite staff, entertaining shows and the boat also has air conditioning and a top deck .

The cruise was an amazing experience. Everything went off without a hitch from beginning to end. The private transfer was on time and super comfy, making for a relaxing evening. The cruise was truly enchanting—tasty food, breathtaking views of Cairo's lit-up skyline, and a lovely vibe. The staff was really attentive and made sure we had everything we wanted.
