When you arrive and see the endless regular line outside, you will thank yourself for buying this ticket. We bypassed everyone and went inside in less than 10 minutes. The audio guide is great because it explains the architecture in simple words. It’s just the smartest way to see the Duomo.
We had a very good guide he is so knowledge and easy to understand him. Unfortunately we have to leave to the airport otherwise will definitely continue the journey!

Hard to find the location don’t even get a ticket you have to find a representative on the street to give you a voucher and convert into a ticket confusing not a great system

Not worth paying for. You are in the same LONG line as everyone and admission is free to the public. There is no benefit to take this tour
The tour fee is not only for admission, but also for the guided experience.
