Para la recogida de Hoteles, Villas y Air B&B, nuestro representante se reunirá con usted en el área de vestíbulos de sus respectivos Hoteles y en el sitio o las instalaciones de Villas / Air B&B con un cartel que indica los nombres principales para los clientes. Para los pasajeros del Crucero, la hora recomendada para la recogida es entre las 7 am 9:30 am dependiendo de la hora de desembarco.

I travelled to Jamaica from Ireland with my wife and 3 kids. We booked this tour last minute and I have to say it was an amazing experience. Our driver Lyndon was an absolute gentleman. He was very helpful throughout the trip. He made us feel at home on the island. Lyndon showed us some incredible hidden gems along the way for viewing spots, shopping and food. Lyndon was a real family man himself and had a quiz on the way back and gave them prizes which they were very greatful for. We also met Craig when we stopped along the way and Craig was also a very nice friendly guy. I can't recommend this tour enough and I'm definitely scoring it 5 stars without question. We didn't know what to expect in Jamaica but we all felt extremely safe for the entire trip. I will definitely be traveling back soon and booking another trip with C.L.A tours 👌👌

We absolutely had such an amazing tour! By far it was my favorite day and thing I did on my week vacation. Our driver, Wynter was very well experienced, organized and informed us about everything we needed to know! He also gave lots of good recommendations to places to go to and where to grab a bite!
The tour was amazing , we jumped off everything we could at the Blue Hole , the Jerk Chicken and Jerk Pork at Lynda’s was amazing , drinks were cold and the service was great, we then went shopping and then finished off the day at Dunn’s River falls, the drivers let us take our time everywhere we went, never felt rushed , they explained a lot of Jamaican culture to us, we had a great time.
Driver was polite, professional, and on time. The only negative part of the trip was his suggestion on a restaurant called Linda's Jerk and seafood. Either the driver, CLA owner, or both receive a kickback from Linda's as they bate you with menus that are meant to scam Tourists. One menu in US dollars and another in JMD. If you use them just for transport they are fine but any other suggestions they make be cautious as it is for their financial gain.

Linda's is a Restaurant (eatery), with employees not associated with CLA Tours and Excursions. Menus are distributed by these employees. A matter of note, Linda's has two (2) menus based on their social media platform (in Jamaican and US Dollars) for ease of clients' choosing. At no point the owner or driver hand you a menu or take it back. The statement regarding kickbacks and gains on the part of CLA Tours and Excursions are baseless as there is no proof in this. This is coming from you being given two separate menus by the sever at Linda's . CLA Tours and Excursions does not receive kickbacks for financial gains from this or any other entity. We are disappointed that your experienced at Linda's was not up to par and didnot meet your expectations and this will be noted.
My family and I was very thankful for CLA Tours and Transportation in helping us enjoyed our vacation, we went to Duns River Falls and sharkies restaurant, our Host was very trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all patient.I recommend CLA Tours and Transportation to anyone traveling to Jamaica and needs a tour guide.
