It was excellent! Learnt so much about how to taste wine and olive oil! Also the influences from different regions! The lady (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name) was hugely passionate and extremely well informed! Obviously lives her subject and that was infectious! We were on our own doing the tasting which gave us more confidence and we asked a lot of questions

This was a highlight experience in Trieste, I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the two main different growing regions and types of wines produced and the tastings of both the wines and olive oils. The Cominte bar is a lovely and relaxed venue and Elena who hosted the tasting had an excellent knowledge of the products.

One of my favorite things I did in Trieste, it felt so authentic and not touristy at all 😍 The place is so welcoming and relaxed, and the wine expert was both knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about local products. I loved learning about the the wines from the Karst area and I looooved trying the Terrano, it was the first time and it was so good! Also, I’ve never done an olive oil tasting before and it was so interesting! 🤩 Highly recommended!
