We had Katia for the second time. She was very friendly & chatty. Katia was very knowledgable and hospitable. Ensuring our preferences were met. I had a lovely time with our guide Katia who has been in Granada for 25+ years and previously was associated with a top local restaurant. We tasted 2 lovely olive oils that she brought including the acclaimed Hojiblanca from Rincon de la Subbetica. I enjoyed a local Granada tinto as well as 2 tintos de Ribuera del Duero and 2 tintos de Rioja. The Costilla de Cerdo was wonderful at Casa Castaneda. 3.5 hours flew by. I highly recommend.

This was a fantastic and informative event. Katia is incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did we learn about wine, we also learned about olive oil and Spanish ham. I love that we can take this knowledge home as it will definitely change how I shop for oil and Spanish wine. The food was also excellent. So, be sure to show up hungry. We highly recommend this tour.
