We joined Adelin’s beer tasting tour in Brussels in August 2025, and it was one of the best experiences of our entire trip. The selection of beers was outstanding, with something for every taste, but the gueuze was a particular highlight for me and remains one of my favourite beers I’ve ever tried. What made the evening special wasn’t just the beer itself, but the way Adelin brought brewing culture and history to life through his storytelling. Every stop came with fascinating anecdotes, local insights, and historical context that made the city feel richer and more memorable. Adelin has a real gift for hosting. He took the time to learn everyone’s names, remembered where people were from, and created an atmosphere where conversations flowed naturally. By the end of the evening, what started as a group of strangers felt more like a group of friends. We’ve done food and drink tours in several cities, and this was easily among the very best. Great beer, great stories, great company, and one of the most enjoyable nights of our holiday. If you’re visiting Brussels and want an authentic, fun, and social experience, I can’t recommend Adelin highly enough.
Tom was our guide, very friendly and competent!
The beer tour was more than just an introduction to Belgian beer—it was a journey through history, tradition, and craftsmanship. Fraser guided us with knowledge and genuine enthusiasm, helping us appreciate not only the beers themselves but also the stories behind them. What struck me most was the legacy of the Trappist monasteries. In a world that changes so rapidly, there is something remarkable about traditions that have endured for centuries. I left with a deeper appreciation for Belgian beer.
A great experience for beer lovers or anyone curious to know more about the Belgian beer culture and history. Fraser, the tour guide, was knowledgable and passionate about the topic. He also shared recommendations on beers, local brasserie, seafood restaurants, etc. Highly recommended tour!
