It was an extraordinary tour thanks to the beauty of a place perhaps overlooked by the masses and thanks to the incredible culture and knowledge of the guide Alessandra who in a 3-hour tour amazed and fascinated us with a thousand explanations, stories, episodes and details, all the result of a deep knowledge of the place. The passion of Alessandra made this visit unforgettable.

Although I was at Castel Sant'Angelo earlier, I was able to enter it immediately with the fast-track ticket. With the necessary app, you get the information about the corresponding stations in the selected language. It would be helpful if the stations were numbered consecutively (here with place name) in order to get the associated information in the right place. From Castel Sant'Angelo you have a very nice view of St. Peter's Basilica and Rome.

I bought two tickets for Castel Sant’Angelo through the link on Google Maps, convinced that I was on the official website. Actually the link referred to Doooing Experience, a retailer that: 1. It does not clearly state that it is an intermediary nor does it show official museum prices. 2. It omits the preferential rates for 18-25 years (ticket at €2): the only choice available is the full ticket. 3. Apply a surcharge of €6 on the full price of the museum (€22 instead of €16). 4. It provides assistance via WhatsApp rude and unprofessional: to my request for refund / adjustment I was answered in a sarcastic tone (“Do you think we should resell tickets at the same price?”) and, finally, with a laconic “Ok”. In summary: zero transparency, inflated prices and disrespectful customer care. I strongly advise against buying tickets through the Doooing Experience: go to the museum's official website or the ticket office on site.

Great experience! The quick access allowed me to avoid long lines and enjoy the visit immediately. I want to stress this because it is fundamental for me. Castel Sant'Angelo is a place rich in history and breathtaking views. I also got the audio guide and it was really helpful to go into the details. Highly recommended!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

omt use this provider booked it with audio there is no guide, the castle staff told me they don’t provide audio the provides suppose to send you link for the audio to be downloaded. We haven’t received any link there was no one to ask anything ended up walking around without any information. Pay fee £ extra and you get a guide that meet you there and provides you with all the history otherwise not worth the money you might as well go there get a cheap ticket and walk around by yourself!!!
