Wonderful Lisbon a pleasure to spend time seeing the sights and of course sampling the famous Portuguese Custard Tarts over coffee. Then on to Estoril the casino and hotel where Ian Flemings James Bond was invented. Finally to Cascais with its lovely beaches marina quaint Old Town with good selection of restaurants. It’s so important to have a good driver and guide like Nuno of Sophia Tours who takes time to explain the history and culture of these lovely places. I have no hesitation in recommending Sophia Tours for quality care and dedication to the travellers needs. Competitive prices assured for all their private and customised tours
Hello Christine B. , Thank you very much for these reviews, and for giving me the opportunity to join and guide you on your vacation in Portugal. I had the privilege of showing you my hometown and all there is to see in and around Lisbon. I am so glad to know you are satisfied at such level, that you want to come back and experience more in the future. For me is always wonderful when my guests show so much interest and participate actively on each tour, enjoying each moment and taking home the best memories. For that I will continue to improve in order to exceed expectations. For sure these odd times we currently face will go away, and for sure, your next tour to Portugal will be even more diverse and interesting. Stay safe, always happy and come back always…Kind Regards!
The history architecture and beauty of Lisbon just took my breath away and it’s so essential to have a good guide with you which I did adding even further interest and knowledge of this great City. So enjoyed our stop at the Portuguese Custard Tart shop in Lisbon to sample these sweet delights with coffee. Next stop The Casino and Spies Hotel in Estoril not to be missed and the story attached to these landmarks of how James Bond was invented well narrated by the guide. Cascais our last stop is full of character breathtaking views. The journey along the coastline was a pleasure with Nuno my driver and guide a very sociable person extremely knowledgeable who is a careful driver in a modern vehicle. I had a fabulous day!
