Perfecto para los amantes de la vida silvestre, este tour ofrece muchas oportunidades para ver las criaturas salvajes en su elemento. Si busca explorar la salvaje costa oeste de la isla de Vancouver sin alejarse mucho de la ciudad, considere visitar la costa suroeste. Mejor que Tofino, más cerca de la ciudad, ideal para familias y aventureros listos. Una vez que lo recojamos a las 8 am, se dirige a la costa oeste para algunas caminatas vigorosas y exploración costera. Haremos una parada en el impresionante bosque jurásico. ¡Allí, puedes presenciar cedros rojos occidentales de 1000 años de antigüedad, incluidos árboles grandes de 3,6 m! En nuestro camino de regreso, veremos 2 hermosas playas más, adecuadas para la capacidad de su grupo. Pararemos en Mystic Beach, Sandcut Beach o Muir Creek Beach. Todos ellos tienen hermosas características de arenisca y también se puede presenciar ballenas cruzando el estrecho, lobos marinos, focas y nutrias navegando por la playa o tomando el sol, millones de fósiles de hace años y cascadas!

Itinerario
Esta hermosa carretera serpentea a través de pasos de montaña, ríos y cañones. Este es el camino que nos llevará a nuestro destino y de regreso a casa, pero no subestimes su belleza y atractivo. El viaje vale la pena y cuenta con muchas paradas rápidas hermosas.
Pasando por el Camino Juan de Fuca, entraremos en Arboleda Jurásica. Esta magnífica arboleda de árboles antiguos es como retroceder en el tiempo 10.000 años, después de la última glaciación. La Antigua selva tropical de esta arboleda es verdaderamente mágica, y nada es comparable a los bosques de cedro de crecimiento antiguo de la isla de Vancouver. Aquí se pueden ver árboles de cedro de 1000 años de antigüedad en su grandeza, algunos alcanzando los 90 metros / 270 pies de altura y más de 3m / 10 pies de ancho. Este es un sendero de fondo y su guía lo llevará a través de esta joya escondida de forma segura y le proporcionará esta experiencia única, ya que somos el único operador en la isla para explorar esto con los visitantes.
Almorzaremos en esta increíble cafetería y disfrutaremos de un poco de tiempo libre, un descanso para ir al baño y acceso a wifi entre aventuras. También cuentan con una pequeña selección de libros y recuerdos.
Sandcut Beach es un parque infantil para personas de todas las edades. Desde pequeños hasta gente más experimentada, esta playa de arena y guijarros cuenta con una hermosa cascada de doble cabecera. Pasada la cascada, la marea baja puede ofrecer piscinas de marea para explorar con mejillones más grandes que tu mano y anémonas cubriendo las rocas. Un tronco de deriva gigante hace la sesión de fotos perfecta, y las aguas en cascada, que sobresalen del acantilado, son ideales para deslizarse detrás para echar un vistazo y mirar detrás de la caída.
Esta última parada es donde disfrutaremos de nuestro almuerzo en compañía de Focas de Puerto, horneando al sol, mientras comemos nuestra comida, las focas estarán durmiendo la siesta en las rocas de la playa y si tenemos suerte también podremos cogerlas a la hora del almuerzo. Estas focas (y a veces nutrias) disfrutan del bosque de algas y las costas rocosas donde se esconden peces, anguilas y mariscos antes de convertirse en un aperitivo. Maravíllate con un nido de águila calva en los árboles y espera su melodía suave anunciando su despegue en el aire para volar y pescar.

I was looking for an affordable car and driver tour for myself for a specific photo adventure around the Port Renfrew area and although the date I needed was unavailable Noemie was able to slip me into another couple's tour for a tag along. Perfect! Driving was super safe, the choice of meal stop was excellent, and I managed to see exactly what I needed in the full day. I would book with her again and I would definitely splurge for a private solo tour next time, it would be worth it. Very knowledgeable, with interesting tidbits on nature and history. Very accommodating! Even last minute extras thrown in.
My wife and I came here and had a fantastic time! Noemie is a wonderful guide who is knowledgeable about the beaches and forests we visited. With her as our guide, we visited three different stops that were not even on our radar when planning our vacation. The beaches were beautiful and rugged. The forests were peaceful and serene. Our guide Noémie gave my husband and I an unforgettable day on the West Coast. We did three different hikes and visited Botanical Beach, a “grove” with very old redwood trees and Mystic Beach with a waterfall ending on the beach. Noémie had incredible botanical expertise that she shared with us. She also had a friendly, reserved manner and responded individually to our wishes and needs. We really enjoyed this beautiful and very personal tour despite small language barriers and can recommend it wholeheartedly.

Noemie is a rare find and her knowledge of nature and geology was incredible. A natural and gifted person who would answer all questions with depth and clear explanation. We loved the rock pools and waterfall on Day 1 and listening to the waves on beach when camping was absolute joy. Day 2 was the 3rd tallest Tree and caving for us. Going back to the UK with lots of new information. Check this tour company out for 1st class service and knowledge when visiting Vancouver Island. You will not be disappointed.
