Such an Amazing day! Started with a great hike to washing full grown elephants! The pictures we got were unreal!
The tour was an all day tour—about 12.5 hours from start to finish. It was an active tour—bring bathing suits and water shoes for optimal experience at waterfalls. The Bridge Over the River Kwai stop was really moving. The elephant experience was educational, and messy. Our tour guide, Rung, was patient and pleasant. She was a fountain of information about culture and history. She was very helpful in getting food for us on the tour when we asked for some food options that were not standard. The van we traveled in was extremely comfortable and the driver was careful. We drove relatively long stretches but stopped for breaks if needed. This tour was one our best experiences in Bangkok.
This was the highlight of our Bangkok trip. My husband and I only had one week in the Bangkok area but wanted to get outside the city for a bit. What an amazing tour! Guitar was an exceptional guide! He is humoured, knowledgeable, and attentive. The Erawan Falls were beautiful and so much fun. Being a private tour we were able to spend a good amount of time there. Lunch was tasty 😋. Learning the history of the POW camps and how they built the Burma-Thai railway was something. My husband and I would like to come back to this area to explore more. Both this area and the national park have amazing scenery. And of course the elephant sanctuary. What an awesome experience to feed and bath an elephant. The tour including drive time lasted approximately 13 hours. Our driver was polite and very safe. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. This is a must do tour!
If I could give our tour guide, Nan, 6 stars out of 5, I would!! She was amazing. She made our day on this tour incredibly memorable with her focus on the personal touches throughout the day, subtly adjusting to our preferences. She is the exact type of person you want to spend a day with in a foreign country - knowledgeable, insightful, honest, kind and humble. She really demonstrated her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients when I accidentally left a sentimental item at the elephant sanctuary and did not realize it until we were 3 hours away. She helped locate it, and then stayed in touch with me until I was passing through Bangkok again and then she came up with a creative way to get the item back to me. Truly top level customer service and support! Definitely request Nan as your tour guide! And bathing the elephants is an absolute must do at least once in your life!!

Bella and her team were amazing!! Great experience, we had a lot of fun for the entire day! She was very informative and took great care of us!
Bella was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with making the entire trip a great memory. The driver was awesome as well. She laid out so much knowledge, knew the best spots to get to, took a lot of pictures. We had a great time and it was a full day! 12 hours!! But all worth it thanks to the guide team!
Tutu and our driver “A” were great. They were patient and informative and fun to spend the day with. We enjoyed the Bridge of River Kwai, the elephants (our favorite) and the Erawan Waterfalls. It is a long day from Bangkok but worth it!
Incredible trip to Erawan Falls and the elephants—absolutely unforgettable! Stunning scenery, magical wildlife experience, and everything was perfectly organized with seamless, stress-free logistics throughout.
