Si no ves al representante con el cartel azul, no te preocupes. Podrás acudir a los puntos de encuentro designados en las diferentes terminales. Salida del hotel: Un día antes de tu viaje de regreso te enviaremos la confirmación de tu reserva a los datos de contacto que nos proporciones, para recordarte la hora a la que el conductor te recogerá en el lobby del hotel donde te hospedas. Te recomendamos estar listo unos minutos antes de la hora acordada, ya que el conductor solo puede esperar 10 minutos en el punto de encuentro.

They did not come to pick me up at the airport; I waited a long time. They made the start of my vacation bitter. Finally, no one answers; they have a chat that is just a facade, and they also hide the real rating from TripAdvisor
The name of the pickup company was not provided despite my reaching out. We ended up stranded for an hour, no answer from the phone number provided and had to pay for a taxi. Ride never appeared or if they did they we couldnt find them and they never responded to multiple texts and phone calls.
There is no need to book e transfer in advance because if you are late because your flight is delayed. Trust they won't have a new driver for you and you are stuck waiting or have to call someone to get you the ride yourself that you paid for. Don't waist your time with this company.
Horrible service! We arranged this transfer and they even messaged and asked us if we landed but then they left us hanging around waiting and wouldn't respond. Dont use them! We finally had to get another ride to get out of the heat. And now they wont refund the money so buyer beware you will likely get stranded and have to pay again like we did!
id not even get my ride. We booked weeks in advance for a private shuttle answered and confirmed before we left the country got no response. Got to Cancun, found the local contact was told to wait. 40 minutes later was told 6 minutes. 18 minutes later, now over a hour since our friends left on a minibus with a different company. we are told by the local guide, I can not get you a ride soon. how long? I ask, he's doesn't know. I reach out on whatsapp. no response. i ask the local to reach out, he show me several attempts by him already with no answer. I get ahold of PayPal and dispute the service and get a refund. Find another service (not hard at all) get another ride and while waiting the 10 minutes watch another guide, same etranfer shirt get a ride through the same service we got. Never Use This Company!!!
The experience started off rocky but ended wonderfully, enjoyable, and informative. The driver was pleasant and welcoming. I appreciated his teamwork efforts, along with the dispatcher.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid at all costs, these guys just blatantly stole my Money💵, No Answer, No Refund. The worst in Cancun. Left me stranded to sleep at the Airport at 1am after they sent me a confirmation email saying they were going to be waiting for me and I replied confirming that I received the email. At 1am there was nobody at their location, nobody answered at the phone number they told me to Call!! no answer by test or WhatsApp and No Answer at their Chat on the website. and Next Day I finally got someone on the phone telling me that they forgot to pick me up!! and they were going to send me a refund, 3 Months later did not receive any refund. Had to do it through PayPal to get my money back.
