Navegaremos a mar abierto en una aventura para nadar con los peces más grandes del mundo! todos tendrán hasta 2 oportunidades para nadar con el tiburón ballena. Te daremos todo el equipo necesario para hacer la actividad de snorkeling. Cuando hayamos terminado regresamos a Isla Mujeres o Isla Che para parar en la playa y/o arrecife! Antes de finalizar prepararemos una comida tropical con ceviche de pescado, guacamole, chips y fruta de temporada. Nuestras embarcaciones son cómodas, seguras y cuentan con todas las licencias federales para la actividad. Somos Capitanes y guías locales expertos con mas de 20 años en la actividad. Lugares y horarios de recogida
Enviaremos un servicio de transportación con aire acondicionado para llevarte hasta el punto de encuentro. Necesitamos que nos brindes la información de tu hotel para recogerte en el lobby. Te daremos la información del pick up un dia antes de la fecha seleccionada para realizar el tour. El transporte terrestre puede durar entre 1 y 2 horas, dependiendo de la logística, el tamaño del grupo y los puntos de recogida desde Playa del Carmen hasta Cancún. Si seleccionó la opción Cancún: ¡Debe proporcionar la información completa de su hotel para programar la hora de recogida! Es muy importante. Tenga en cuenta que los horarios de recogida pueden variar según su ubicación. Para garantizar que todo salga bien, nos comunicaremos con usted el día anterior a su excursión, alrededor de las 19:00, para confirmarle la hora exacta de recogida.

This experience was absolutely phenomenal! The pick up from our hotel was very convenient and helped us not stress about getting to the pier on time. O every single staff member we encountered was SO kind and considerate. The boat ride itself was so fun and my new husband (we did this as a honeymoon excursion) said “I’d pay the money just for this”. Carlos our in-water guide and Julian the driver were AMAZING! They were kind and taught us about the whale sharks on the way to the swimming area. We also saw dolphins, a huge manta ray, and a sea turtle. Carlos made sure we knew where exactly to look when we were in the water to get the best view and closest experience to the whale sharks. Then afterwards they made us fresh guacamole and ceviche which was DELICIOUS, and served what my husband called the best ham sandwiches he’s ever had! This was such an amazing experience and we would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone coming to Cancun/Playa Mujeres looking to go swim with whale sharks! It was also more affordable than any of the other tours we had been offered at the resort or elsewhere!

Phenomenal experience...Friendly, experienced team with well cared for equipment. Very safe operation and they are incredibly passionate about these beautiful whale sharks. We saw countless whale sharks, and Manata rays, and they provided exceptional recording of the encounters so we could focus on the experience at hand. And then the fresh ceviche and guacamole was to die for! Highly recommend this tour!!!!

Such an amazing experience with guides that make you feel like family. Nano and Bernie were fantastic at not only ensuring we got to see and swim with loads of whale sharks and rays, but also gave us a lot of history and insight and made sure everyone was safe and respectful of this incredible environment. Would 100% do this again and recommend to anyone who wants to experience this bucket list activity.

Best part of the trip! We were able to swim with 5+ whale sharks and left with amazing memories and an awesome video. Would recommend for anyone visiting the island during the season.

One of the most amazing ocean experiences I’ve ever had! Captain Juan and our guide were fantastic from start to finish. We were able to swim 3 times with these beautiful sharks. Always felt safe. Captain Juan did a superb job of finding us sharks to swim with and navigating the waters.

The excursion was amazing. Ricardo was a patient and engaging guide and Captain Juan was excellent. We had 3 opportunities to swim with the whales for each couple. You can bring your Go Pro but Ricardo will also take videos and sell them to you. It’s a good 1hr-1:20 to the site from Isla Mujeres on some pretty good chop so take your meds if you need them. We were lucky and saw 50+ Whale Sharks, several huge Mantas, and a small pod of dolphins that even breached for our enjoyment. We then headed back and stopped for 25 min of reef snorkeling although there are many better places to do that in the area so we just stayed on the boat and had a cerveza. We then pulled up to a nice (albeit crowded) beach where the Captain made some really good Guacamole and Ceviche. My only disappointment was that although transfers were supposed to be included I had to pay for my taxi back to the hotel. Also, they collect $15 pp for “dock fees” so be prepared. Those are the only things keeping it from a 5 star but that aside, this is a great trip.
Hey Donovan thank you for your feedback we are truly happy that you had a great experience with us! I wanted to clarify that we did arrange a taxi service from your hotel to the meeting point location early in the morning, taxi pick you up and we took care about that service. The way back was offered to you in the am but this service is not included in the price that you paid for the whale shark experience, anyways was only $100 pesos (6-7 usd) for the taxi ride back to your hotel. And yes, dock fee is also not included as is described in our product very clear! we are a little upset that you leave us 4 stars due this minimum details that are not part of our experience. Anyways thank you for coming with us!
