Lugares y horarios de recogida
La recogida está incluida y es opcional. Recogida en Playa del Carmen solo está disponible para el horario de la mañana. Si su hotel se encuentra fuera de nuestra zona de recogida, se le recomendará un punto de encuentro central durante la reconfirmación. Si su hotel no aparece en la lista, déjenos una nota con el nombre de su hotel para que podamos organizar la ubicación y hora de recogida más cercana. Si su hotel o alquiler vacacional está fuera del área de recogida, se le pedirá que vaya al punto de encuentro más cercano. Consulta la lista de hoteles en la página de pago para confirmar si tu hotel está incluido entre los lugares de recogida disponibles. La recogida suele producirse hasta 100 minutos antes de la hora de inicio de la actividad, dependiendo del tráfico y la distancia desde el parque. Su hora exacta de recogida siempre será confirmada por uno de los miembros de nuestro equipo, así que por favor, mantenga un ojo en sus mensajes o teléfono.

Danny flow is awesome!! He helped my mom to take pics, made the whole group laugh, and interacted with us, making the entire experience 10x better.

A few things to consider: - there’s a conservation fee associated with this tour, $30 per person, that’s not included. The tour feels cheaper without it but in reality, might be more expensive. Shop around!! - the exchange rate was 17.39 (from USD) however, they charged us 19 and 23. When we asked for prices in pesos, they multiplied their USD price by 19 rather than provide a fixed price in pesos. - the tour included flavored drinks but none were provided. When inquired, they suggested to drink water from a cooler. - for every card purchase, they will charge 5,6, or 8% extra. Machine fees they say. Now the experience: 1. Pickup and drop-off was very smooth and the communication was good. 2. The tour guide (Danny Flo) was amazing - great communication and very fun!! 3. Bring your own sunglasses, bandanna/mask, and water shoes (or closed toe shoes alongside flip flops). 4. The ATV ride was fun, not as much off-roading but fun nevertheless. It lasted around 20 mins if I could guess. The BEST thing - they took pictures and videos unannounced which came out really good!! BAD thing they charge USD69 (solo) and USD89 (couple) for pics - which is too expensive. And again, it’s a money grab if you pay with card because then the conversion increases the price. You’re not longer paying 89, your paying 105 or so. 5. Zip lining was extremely fun. You get four routes. Feels brief but it’s still good!! Danny Flo made it more entertaining and it’s nice to have a good/fun group. 6. The Cenotes is amazing. Water is clear. Beautiful. Even if you don’t know how to swim, you’ll stay afloat. They had someone to help you in case you wanted to jump and didn’t know how to swim. 7. As promised in the tour, all equipment was included. They didn’t charge us extra for equipment. 8. Did not taste tequila. Bottom line: this was a fun experience. I would rate it 8/10 if not for the negative experience with the prices and conversion strats. Overall, 6/10. Recommendation for your provider: for your ease and tourist ease, just have one solid fixed price in both, USD and pesos. I get the machine charges, but this conversion scheme of having your own exchange rate leaves a distaste.
