This is a great activity . make sure you have a reservation for a particular time as this is very popular and very crowded. Gorgeous views of all of Venice and the surrounding islands
The provider sent me the wrong ticket that was not for the correct date and not in the right name; I was never able to enter the Campanile.
Not worth it! Can do without the experience! Waste of money, better to just have a good meal instead of going to the tower!
The experience going up the tower was great. The issue was the instructions from the tour operator- please present this voucher at the pick up point! There is no pick up point and no one at the tower, the tourist office or the Viator office knew of such, so we spent 45 minutes running around looking for something that didn’t exist. Only when we found a good WiFi connection did the tickets finally come through on email. Not ideal for those traveling on roaming if not an Italian resident and poor instructions from the tour operator
This is a misleading of tourists: Incorrect information was provided, as there is NO audio guide! Too complicated ticket redemption! Only with a lot of patience and the help of 3 people did it take 15 minutes for the ticket to be accepted at the entrance! NO way to contact Tripadvisor or the parent company Viator as the provider to get help or a refund!
Our experience was terrible. We never got to do the tour because you never sent us the information to collect our tickets. We wasted over two hours trying to retrieve them, but without success. Therefore, we are requesting a full refund.
Was able to book this tour for May 1 , then they e-mailed me and informed me that it was no longer available on that day . I was unable to rebook it for later . They would not reimburse me even though it was their fault not mine .
The lift was broken and we were told it would be at least 2 hours to fix. Since we were flying home that afternoon, it meant we didn’t have time to do the tour. I’ve messaged the company within the app asking for a refund and have heard nothing. I can’t find anywhere on Tripadvisor to contact someone or get help with this. Please can someone contact me.
