Very beautiful and evocative experience. The transportation was very convenient. Recommended for those who want to take a day trip visiting a place full of history and nature.
Definitely put this hike in your list if you are in Seville. The Caminito del Rey hike has some of the best vistas and scenaries on any hikes. The hike might look a bit scary from the pictures, but it is very safe and most importantly relatively comfortable hike that last 3 plus hours. It is a one way hike, very manageable elevation changes. Before the hike we have plenty of free time and an optional visit to a look out point for those that don't want to hang around the lake. Merce our guide was awesome! A fine embodiment of European multiculturalism and a Sevilla hospitality. Merce handles all questions in Spanish, Italian and English with ease and grace. She explained the run down for each stop clearly and make sure the group is looked after and was just a joy to talk to in general. Just impressive!! Highly recommend this trip for anyone that loves outdoor and you won't regret it.
This is an incredible experience, a walk through dogs, rivers, trails, cliffs etc, with stunning views, of an absurd magnitude, make and go purified to the end, the guide Daniela and the local guide were amazing in this fantastic journey!
Super positive experience. Impeccable organization: the tour is organized down to the smallest detail. We left right on time from the meeting point. The first stop was the characteristic town of Osuna, particularly recommended for Game of Thrones lovers. Our guide Martina demonstrated excellent preparation and was always ready to answer any question. The caminito itself is a wonderful and evocative path to do at least once in a lifetime.
Great walking adventure, Amazing views. Guides provide local knowledge and information. Suitable for all abilities. About 8km in total, mostly down hill. Safely helmet provided and compulsory. Small restaurant at the start for food and drinks. Start of walk also beside a lake you can swim in , so bring your swim wear. Refreshments also available at the end of the walk.
It’s a full day but you don’t actually start the walk until much later in the afternoon to allow for shade. The bus was comfortable, the walk was gorgeous and unique. Our vegetarian/vegan group struggled at the restaurant before the hike but there were good options at the end.
We were told to arrive early so we arrived 15 minutes in advance. The guide and the bus arrived 35 minutes later. We waited 50 minutes to depart on the trip. The guide, Carlos, was fine. The hike, and the guide for the hike were good. Once we left we stopped in Osuna. Carlos said it would be 30 minutes to grab a drink and washroom break. Osuna was a ghost town. Nothing was open except for a 15 minute walk. It was 40 degrees outside and people just sat and waited for the bus to arrive. On top of that. We get back on the bus and Carlos says we are going to stop for gas and a break after we sat in Osuna for 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous! The tour information said we would stop for lunch. Nope! This was a 10 hr day and could have been 6. Don’t do this excursion. The bus and the tour was convenient but the rest is a waste of your day. Buyer beware!!!!
Hi, thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're really sorry to hear you had some inconveniences with the timing and we would like to express our most sincere apologies apologies. Kind regards.
As other reviews have said, there is a lot of extra time built into this long day trip that isn’t really needed. Caminito del Rey was cool but it did rain unexpectedly for most of the hike.
Naturanda proved to be a really good tour guide, although I was mildly dissapointed in the Ronda tour I did initially due to the lack of time in the city (tour is tailored more to families). The EL Caminiro Del Ray tour I completed with Pablo and Angelica was amazing! The tour guides and group were really fun and friendly, and the trek itself wwith a local tour guide was very informative and an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend.
Great Guides, excellent experience the trail was in excellent shape and the view and scenery excellent. Barely had time for lunch, too many people
