The trip was absolutely gorgeous, beautiful scenery, plenty of wonderful views and of course,the best guide I have ever met. Itet is a kind and very knowledgeable person who took us to the most unusual sites and took so many pictures of us!! By the way, he is a talented photographer as well. Definitely recommend the tour

We had a wonderful private tour to Lake Bovilla with Izet and would highly recommend it. Since it was a private tour, we were able to arrange a pickup time that suited us. We were actually running a little late because we were coming from another city, but Izet was very understanding and kindly waited for us. The journey to Lake Bovilla was enjoyable, with several stops along the way for photos and sightseeing. Izet took plenty of pictures for us and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. One member of our group was afraid of heights, and he was very patient and supportive, helping them reach the viewpoint safely and confidently. As an extra touch, he even prepared a small picnic for us, providing fruits and water, which was greatly appreciated. The entire experience felt relaxed and stress-free from start to finish. Although the tour lasted more than five hours, it never felt rushed. Izet was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. He also got us back safely at the end of the day. Lake Bovilla is absolutely worth visiting, and since most rental companies do not allow rental cars on that road, taking a guided tour like this is an excellent option. We had an amazing experience exploring Gamti Mountain and Bovilla Lake with our guide, Izet. From the moment we left our accommodation, everything was perfectly organized. Izet picked us up in a spacious and very comfortable car that easily fit all five of us, making the journey relaxed and enjoyable. What really stood out was his calm and careful driving style—he made us feel safe at all times while still keeping a good pace. Throughout the trip, it was clear that he knows the area very well. He guided us smoothly along the route and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the hike without ever feeling rushed. The destination itself was absolutely stunning and well worth the trip, but Izet truly made the experience even better. He is friendly, patient, and also a surprisingly great photographer—he helped us capture some fantastic memories along the way. Overall, this tour was 100% worth it, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Izet, for such a memorable day!

This tour was great and was exactly as described. Izet went out of his way to make the tour more than excellent. He took us lots of photos with his photography skills and he told us lots of information related with Bovilla Lake. Plus he guide us through the hike towards the view points. The picnic break with fruits and water was ideal for a snack. The land Rover was very comfortable. It clearly shows that Izet does this job from the bottom of his heart. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bovilla Lake.

When I was looking to visit Bovilla and Mt Gambi there was lots of different operators offering tours with a huge range of prices. I can honestly say this one is great value and well worth the price. Izet is a wonderful guide with excellent knowledge of the area and a great eye for photography. He was happy to share all kinds of information, but also to share his fantastic photography skills in either helping to advise in great pics, or by taking them for me. On the hike itself he made great efforts to ensure I was happy, comfortable and safe. Of course the other benefit is that the 4x4 is a comfortable and safe mode of transport in all weather (it started to rain as we left) that is able to get you far closer to the start of the walk when compared with the van/minibus tours. I’m so happy that I chose this tour - an absolutely fabulous way to spend half a day!

It was an unforgettable experience for my mom and me. Izet was on time, showed us many beautiful spots during our ride, and took lots of great photos of us. He made our last day in Albania truly memorable. He was very caring and friendly, and he even helped my mom climb to the top of the mountain, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for a comfortable trip into nature with an experienced guide, you should definitely book this one ☺️

Booked a private Tour with Izet was an amazing experience for solo traveller He’s arrived on time , car is comfortable and clean and even made me a lovely home made tea for the journey as I was quite sick due to a flu and whole trip was amzing he lead the way and explained each stop in great detail. It was absolutely wonderful experience I would 100% recommend to book with him . He also has an exceptional photography skills and very well spoken .
