⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the absolute BEST experience on the Crimson Canyon tour with Mark! He was an incredible guide—knowledgeable, patient, funny, and genuinely made the entire adventure unforgettable. You could tell he loves what he does, and he went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. This ended up being one of our favorite parts of our trip, and we can’t recommend Mark enough! One thing I do want to mention for families: my husband and I took this tour without our toddler, and I’m so glad we did. I didn’t realize until afterward that the tour is listed as suitable for ages 2+, but after experiencing it, I personally would not recommend bringing very young children. There are several sections where you’re climbing over rocks and navigating uneven terrain. As someone who’s 5’1”, I found a few spots challenging simply because of my height. I can’t imagine trying to carry or help a young child through those areas. If you have older, adventurous kids, they’ll probably love it, but I think parents of toddlers should know what to expect before booking. Overall, an amazing tour with an outstanding guide. If you get the chance to go with Mark, do it—you won’t regret it!

This ended up being our favorite thing we did on our vacation! We took the East Zion Crimson Canyon tour with Mark, and he was an awesome guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience a lot of fun. The tour starts with a fun UTV ride from the meeting location out to the slot canyon. Along the way and during the hike, Mark shared interesting facts about how the slot canyons were formed, which made us appreciate the scenery even more. This isn’t just a walk through a slot canyon. You’ll climb over boulders, some around 10 feet high, and learn how to use your hands and feet to “chimney” through different sections. It was something we’d never done before and was a blast. Our 15-year-old son loved it, and all three of us made it through without any problems. Just be sure to read the tour description before booking. There are several climbs and chimney sections, so it may not be the best fit for younger kids or anyone who isn’t comfortable climbing. The rock formations were absolutely beautiful, and getting to learn about them along the way made the experience even better. If you’re looking for something different that’s both fun and educational, I can’t recommend this tour enough. We’d definitely do it again!

This was an incredible tour. Lonnie and John were outstanding guides. The slot canyons were beautiful. A trip not to be missed. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to this area.

This trip was great! We showed up about an hour early and they offered to get us on our tour early. The weather was great, hot, but no rain! The canyons were great & the guys were very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend to anyone interested in seeing some sites off the beaten path!
