Caminata a las cascadas de Tad Sae, pueblo local

Este tour de un día completo desde Luang Prabang incluye visitas a cascadas y caminatas y/o kayak en el valle del río Nam Khan. Cada temporada de lluvias, estas cataratas estallan con vida a medida que el agua adicional de las montañas se precipita sobre las rocas planas. Las piscinas naturales en la base de la cascada son una visita obligada para nadar. Tendremos un almuerzo de picnic alegre y nadaremos en Tad Sae. Disponible únicamente desde agosto hasta principios de enero, este paquete está recomendado para familias y grupos que quieran disfrutar de los mejores destinos naturales cerca de Luang Prabang.

Su experiencia de recorrido comienza con un servicio de transporte que lo recoge de su alojamiento entre las 8:30 am y las 9:00 am, nos dirigimos hacia el sur hacia Ban Long Or. Cruce el río Nam Khan en barco hasta el pueblo de enfrente, Ban Suan Dala. Este pueblo tiene los tres grupos étnicos: Lao Loum, Khmu y Hmong. La historia y las vidas de cada uno de estos grupos son ricas y notablemente diferentes entre sí y del suyo propio. Tendrá la oportunidad de explorar estas culturas locales allí.
Después de dejar el pueblo, disfrutamos de un trekking fácil para ver el campo de Laos. Visite el pueblo de los khmu en el camino para un almuerzo tipo picnic, luego reanude la caminata por la tarde y diríjase a la cascada. El tiempo de permanencia en las cascadas es de aproximadamente 2-3 horas. Hay un área principal con un sendero similar a un parque y un área más natural en la parte posterior, ambas abiertas para bañarse. Regresaremos a Luang Prabang a las 4:00-5:00 p.m.

We had a great day with our guide Vone. He explained a lot about the Lao culture and differences between ethnic groups that live in the villages we passed by. Vone knows his plants and herbs and could tell us all about the local plants and what they are used for in traditional herbal medicine. The trek was a nice challenge, with beautiful views on the rice fields and the limestone mountains. The Tad Sae waterfalls were stunning and the cooling splash we had in it was perfect.
