Descripción
Pasee por la selva tropical del Parque Nacional Tijuca en un tour ecológico de 6 horas contemplando una de las vistas más espléndidas de Río en contraste con el bosque urbano más grande del mundo. Acompañado por un guía experto, espere un emocionante paseo lleno de naturaleza con cascadas, manantiales, pequeños lagos, miradores y sitios históricos. Los animales, especialmente monos, coatíes y pájaros, se pueden ver por todas partes durante los paseos por el exuberante paisaje y las cascadas. La distancia recorrida a pie es de unos 7 km, ida y vuelta, mayoritariamente a la sombra, variando de nivel de dificultad leve a medio. El tiempo de caminata en el bosque es de aproximadamente 4 horas a paso lento. Visita a las tranquilas y hermosas cascadas donde nos detenemos para tomar un baño y tomar fotos. Trae bañadores para que te diviertas. Luego, continuamos por otros 10 minutos hasta la hermosa “Açude da Solidão”. Tómese un descanso en el borde y disfrute de bocadillos estilo picnic. Después de un día lleno de aventuras, relájese en el viaje de regreso al hotel.

Visite el monumento Vista Chinesa, construido entre 1902 y 1906 en honor a los chinos, que llevaron el cultivo del té a Brasil a principios del siglo XIX. El monumento tiene una vista privilegiada del Cristo Redentor, la Bahía de Guanabara, el Pan de Azúcar, la Laguna Rodrigo de Freitas, las playas de Ipanema y Leblon, así como el Morro Dois Irmãos y otros íconos de Rio. En este espacio, los turistas luchan constantemente contra los mejores. ángulos para sus fotos, pero la vista compensa el "empuje".
Con una posición geográfica privilegiada en altitud, Mesa do Imperador ofrece uno de los mejores paisajes de Río de Janeiro. El lugar fue utilizado mucho por Dom Pedro 2 durante el Imperio. Descansó constantemente al vigía durante sus paseos por el bosque de Tijuca, de ahí el nombre.
La Cascada Taunay es sin duda la más hermosa de todas las cascadas dentro del Parque da Tijuca.
Un consejo de ocio para descansar de la caminata es el “Recanto dos Pintores” que es un espacio con gran infraestructura para recibir a los visitantes con comodidad y conveniencia. Cuenta con parque infantil, lagos, baños, agua, merenderos y parrillas.
Déjate deslumbrar por la belleza de la cascada Gabriela ubicada dentro del Parque Nacional Tijuca. Trae bañadores para que te diviertas.
El lago más famoso del bosque toma su nombre de un barón que perdió a su hijo en la Guerra del Paraguay y comenzó a visitar el lugar para aislarse. Aunque con una historia melancólica, el lugar es increíble y vale la pena pasar por aquí. Encontrará tortugas, animales salvajes y mucha naturaleza para comprender por qué el Barón encontró en el lago un maravilloso remanso de paz y tranquilidad. Ahí es cuando tomaremos un descanso y disfrutaremos de bocadillos estilo picnic.
En el camino de regreso al hotel, debemos detenernos en los kioscos junto al mar para disfrutar de un agua fría de coco directamente de la fruta, disfrutar del hermoso paisaje que ofrece la naturaleza y observar los vuelos en parapente y ala delta despegando y sobrevolando la zona. .

Pick up on time. Henry drove us to the beautiful National Park and explained all about the nature and history of the place, as we explored by foot and car, at our own pace. Absolutely wonderful. Henry then deftly drove us to the airport in plenty of time for our 4.45pm flight to London. A fantastic way to end a month long holiday around South America!

What a great experience. A combination of hiking, nature walks, waterfalls, national park visitor center visits and a drive by the beautiful Botanical Gardens. Our driver, Roberto, was a wonderful host. Very knowledgeable about the different flaura and fauna and clearly had very good relationships with all park rangers. We felt very safe the entire time, saw a variety of monkeys, birds (no sloths, unfortunately!) but it was the end of winter. The weather didn’t cooperate for all the views but on a clear day I am sure the views are amazing. We had two wonderful stopping points with no clouds so can attest to the views. We were fortunate to see two hang-gliders take off from the hang-gliding deck. What an experience to see! Roberto was great. Very knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely recommend this half-day trip.

This trip is great for nature lovers and those who like to hike. We went with Henry and explored the forest and swam in the waterfalls. Some of the scenes of the jungle were spectacular, especially the tunnel which was the size of the church. Henry also arranged a picnic for us next to a waterfall which was very scenic.

Excellent tour. Beautiful views. Henry, our guide, was perfect. He knows the forest in which we hiked very well and is passionate about it. The truck was difficult at times but the views of waterfalls and the cave were breathtaking. The picnic lunch was also good. Bring lots of water as the hike lasts a few hours and it us very hot and humid.
