Excellent service, professional staff, tour guide Mr, Basem contacted me and made the arrangements to pick up and return ride. Excellent driver Mahmud and the ride. sharp on time for pic up. BASEM greeted 9 me by the ship, got me the best seat by the stage. Cruise was Excellent, the food was delicious and plot off varity, entertainment was wonderful , very good performe by the artists, diffinatlly do it again ,

Basem was our tour guide and was really nice. He helped us and answered all our questions throughout the tour. The show was fantastic with several different dances and songs. They also upgraded us to a better cruise for free, which was amazing. It's the best for its money and vibes. I would recommend it definitely and if I come back to egypt I'll visit again. 10/10 experience.

The dinner was great. We enjoined the show. Our Guide Aya was very helpful. She made sure we got a table with unobstructed view of both Nile and show. We enjoyed our time and highly recommended.

This is amazing cruise ship, it made my day with my family and my two daughters lovely so much and my wife was so so so happy , thanks alot to mustafa the pick up driver and drop off , he is a professional man ,and big thanks to the guide as he was so helpful . 😀

The guide was amazing,the pickup man Mustafa was exceptional and he managed to drop us off and pick us up at the time that was required.There was a variety of food as well as the performance which even invited the crowd to come dance.Everything was 5 star.I absolutely recommend this cruise ship.
