Aunque no es un destino famoso para muchos viajeros en comparación con Cape Point, The Cape Agulhas es oficialmente el PUNTO MÁS SUR DEL CONTINENTE UFRICANO, seguramente el destino que todos quieren ver. Este recorrido se centra en el hito geológico no solo como su destino final, sino también como un lugar de increíble belleza natural. La mejor parte de este recorrido es que el viaje es tan impresionante como el destino. Salimos de Ciudad del Cabo por la mañana hacia nuestro destino, deteniéndonos en las pequeñas ciudades de Caledon y Bredasdorp antes de dirigirnos hacia el sur hasta el Cabo Agulhas. En Cabo Agulhas visitaremos el famoso faro y, por supuesto, el punto en sí. Almorzaremos allí antes de regresar a Ciudad del Cabo.

Today I enjoyed a wonderful day of sightseeing with an extremely knowledgeable tour guide Tinko. From the time he picked me up at the hotel and all along the way from Cape Town to Cape Agulhas and back to the hotel, Tinko held my interest between sharing the history of points of interest along the way and answering my questions to help me understand South Africa's history better. Cape Agulhas was the prize for this day trip giving me the chance to stand at the most Southern point of the African continent and where the Atlantic & Indian oceans meet.
