The trip in itself was absolutely great - horses are very well taken care off, skillful guide, beautiful tour, ... however, turns out the same trip is also offered through another platform for 95 EUR whereas I paid 165 EUR through Viator. And I checked, the actual organisation does not receive more for it, so this all goes to the partners / viator. I launched a complaint and a request for refund matching the regular price for the tour, but never received any feedback ...
Hello Kathleen, we offer the tour through viator with that price, you accepted it when you booked the service. Obviuosly there are many other marketplaces that offer the same tour with different prices and if you book directly with the local supplier you will find a better price, but we cannot process any type of refund. The 4 hour tour Mallorca antigua, through the villages and vineyards was great class. Beforehand, the communication was done via WhatsApp, which worked great. So I was picked up by Toni at Playa Palma. On site there was then the possibility of renting riding boots and riding helmet free of charge. In advance, a detailed survey was carried out on the experience in riding. After that, a horse was selected very specifically. As someone who hasn't ridden for many years, I got a wonderfully relaxed horse. After we had to get the horses, clean them and saddle them (of course we also helped) we went to the riding track for a few laps. There, the first briefing is given by the guide, in my case Juan. Then it started, always in agreement how fast or slow we want to ride. He explained many things to us took pictures and so time flew by. Back it was saddles and then the horses showered before they came back to their place. Then drinks were offered and afterwards I was driven back to Playa Palma by Toni. For those looking for a natural riding experience without "elitist" frills, the Ranch Mallorca Horses is in good hands.

Horses very polite, trail was beautiful and staff very helpful! Grooming the horses before the ride really helped us get back into working with the horse as I hadnt ridden in a while. Would definitely go again!
