Con su guía de vinos, conozca más acerca de este terroir : su suelo, su clima y el proceso de vinificación mientras visita bodegas y bodegas familiares. Descubra la denominación mejor de Côtes de Provence y conozca las variedades de uva Garnacha, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault ... y el complejo arte de la mezcla . Guiado por un experto en vinos, obtendrá una visita privada de bodegas de alta calidad , incluida una bodega "Cru classé" Côtes de Provence . Esta ruta del vino es una gran oportunidad para probar algunos de los mejores rosados provenzales, pero también potentes tintos, y blancos aromáticos y vivos.

Itinerario
Se encontrará con su guía experto en vinos de habla inglesa a las 9 am frente a nuestro punto de encuentro (ubicado en el centro) en Niza. Su guía lo llevará en una minivan cómoda y con aire acondicionado con capacidad para un máximo de 8 personas. Alrededor de las 10 de la mañana, llegará a la región vinícola de Côtes de Provence. Visitará 2 bodegas por la mañana, tendrá aproximadamente 1h30 de tiempo libre para almorzar en un tranquilo pueblo de la Provenza y luego visitará una tercera bodega por la tarde. Te llevamos detrás de escena: desde las salas de vinificación y crianza hasta las líneas de embotellado, ¡lo verás todo! Su guía le explicará sobre el suelo, el clima, las variedades de uva, el famoso "terruño", pero también la recolección, la poda, la recolección en verde y muchos otros temas de una manera relajada y educativa. Degustará algunos de los mejores rosados de la Provenza, pero también tintos potentes y equilibrados, blancos aromáticos y vivos. Regresará a Niza alrededor de las 5 pm al mismo lugar donde reunido por la mañana (punto de partida).

I had such a wonderful day exploring the French Provence wine region. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, the vineyards were stunning, and the wine tastings were fantastic. It was the perfect combination of great wine, beautiful surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere. A fantastic experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We had a fantastic wine tasting day and would highly recommend it. Stephan was a brilliant host—knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and passionate about wine, making the experience both informative and enjoyable. The wineries we visited were all excellent, each offering a fantastic selection of wines with generous tasting portions. There was a great balance between learning about the winemaking process and the technical aspects, while still having plenty of opportunities to sample the wines. The air-conditioned minibus was a welcome comfort, especially in the summer heat, and the small group size made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal.

Charming walk in Provence and wine tasting in three vineyards. One of the three was highly rated. But the other two were unknown.

Concernant les vignobles, sachez qu'il en existe 3500 environ en Côtes de Provence. Nous les sélectionnons avec soin pour la qualité de leur vin et de leur accueil, la notorité ne faisant pas toujours la qualité du vin et/ou de l'accueil! Nous aimons justement faire découvrir à nos clients notre passion pour le vin à des domaines dont nous apprécions le vin et qui sont hors des sentiers battus! This was hands down one of the best things we have done on our Honeymoon. Lara was an absolutely phenomenal guide, so so fun and equally knowledgeable about wine. There were only 8 in our group, the maximum number able to be in a group. We fit perfectly in a lux comfortable van - it was the perfect small wine tour group. The restaurant we had lunch at was delicious and reasonably priced (this is optional if you’d like to find your own restaurant). We would highly recommend this experience to anyone who is wanting to taste LOTS of yummy wine, with a fantastic guide. Thank you Lara!!
