Aprenderás los secretos de la verdadera Pasta Casera Italiana preparándola con tus manos y los Cócteles italianos clásicos modernos Martini Royal o Spritz, entrenado por un Chef Profesional. Martini Royale, un cóctel sencillo y rápido, de sabor intenso pero de carácter delicado. Una mezcla de prosecco y martini con un color delicado y acogedor. Spritz es un aperitivo alcohólico italiano de trago largo, popular en la zona de Triveneto, elaborado con prosecco, amargos y agua con gas o seltzer. Para los menores de 18 años, se servirán cócteles sin alcohol. El chef te enseñará todas las técnicas de la masa perfecta, comerás diferentes tipos de pasta según tus gustos preferidos, aprenderás el relleno perfecto y cómo preparar salsas como Pesto, Ragú y más para combinar con la Pasta (a pedido ). Las bebidas serán todo incluido (vino tinto o blanco o cerveza). Posibilidad de reservar un grupo privado.

This was a highlight of our trip to Milan. I went with my sister and her daughter and we had a blast. We enjoyed specialty cocktails and then made 3 different kinds of pasta. so fun and so delicious.

We loved the pasta making class so much we did two classes with Vittorio and Letizia! Our second class was pizza making. Vittorio is a wonderful teacher to learn from. I love baking at home and have learned mainly through books and YouTube so it was such a treat learning from an Italian chef! We learned so much about the theory of baking in addition to skills that we can take home. Everything we made was delicious! After the course, he sent us his masterclass material and am so grateful for the additional resources. Truly a highlight of our trip! A must do!

My girlfriend and I took a Switzerland, Italy vacation with a stop in Milano at end of Jan 2024. I booked this pasta making private class as a surprise for my girlfriend. I got confused with the time and actually arrived 30 minutes late, but Vittorio was so kind and accommodating he never made me feel bad that I was late and stay extra time to ensure we had everything made as per the menu. He is very warm, funny and very patience especially with me since my girlfriend was so much better at the pasta making than I was. Vittorio's wife/partner was there as well to provide assistance and she too was very attentive to our needs and provided hands on help whenever we (mostly me) required it. The location was very central we were staying near the Duomo di Milano and it was a 10 min taxi ride to the event location. The kitchen was also very clean, contemporary and professionally kept up. The receipt he help us cooked was simply delicious, it is certainly on par with many of the local trattorias in Italy. There is such a satisfaction to know the wonderful meal you are enjoying was entirely made by yourself and hand made from scratch. If you are looking for a fun, memorable experience that you will talk about for years to come, don't miss out on cooking with Vittorio. If and when we are back in Milano we will absolutely look him up again. He has a fan for life in me.

Vittorio and Letizia were absolutely wonderful. They were patient and funny. My sister and I had a blast - we made delicious food and learned so much. I recommend the class to everyone! I cannot wait to return to Milan so I can take another class.

I took this class off a recommendation from a friend of mine who went to Milan four years ago. Vittorio, the chef, is very cool and even remembered my friend from years ago. We signed up for the small class experience and ended up with a private class for just us three and had the best time. Pasta came out amazing. A highlight of our trip to Milan for sure.

This was by far the best experience I have had at any class or excursion. Our chef, Vittorio, and his wife were extremely accommodating. I was in constant contact with Vittorio leading up to the class and he will remain in contact with us for life! Vittorio makes it easy and fun to learn the art of pasta making along with making and enjoying a traditional Italian Cocktail - you MUST try a Martini Royale. My husband and I could have talked with Vittorio and his wife for hours. They are an incredible couple with amazing life experiences. Needless to say, my husband and I cannot wait to use the recipes from this class in our meals at home! And next time we are in Milan we will do another class with Vittorio!

So much fun! I’d never made pasta before but that didn’t matter at all. Vittorio showed us what to do and regaled us with stories in great English. We had a great night and laughed so much - definitely a trip highlight!

I booked this cooking class for my sister's bachelorette party and we really enjoyed the experience cooking with Vittorio and his team. At the end we sat down to dinner and were proud of what we had created, enjoyed the food with great wine and selfmade cocktail after the lesson. Highly recommended!
