Cancelled on me again! First time was weather which is understandable. This time, it was for "operational" reasons when the weather in Byron Bay was perfect! I have skydived all over the world, and never dealt with such unprofessional people! After receiving the "Skydive Cancellation email", spoke with Rebecca at their service number insisting on a REFUND which she said she would process. The next day, I get multiple messages - receive an email, text message and WhatsApp asking me to reschedule! Really ... only flew to Oz from Canada for 5 days and even more upset that I had to pay $100's of dollars extra for "high risk activity insurance" that I cannot get a refund on so out over $600!
Amazing experience. I jumped 15,000ft with Richard and he made me feel safe but we had fun with it. I wish there was an option to purchase one or two photos rather than a package of 200 odd for $129 but the whole experience was amazing.
This is the best skydiving in the world!!!! They were super amazing about making you feel comfortable and having the best experience ever. Get the photo and video package! Worth every penny!

This was the best experience in my life hands down. I can’t stop smiling so hard looking back at the pics and videos. Just so unreal I don’t think words can describe how amazing it was. Was always something I wanted to do and it was a major bucket list moment!! BIGGEST THANKS to Jeff and Pam. They made it even better literally the best people ever massive shoutout to them. I got so lucky I loved their vibe and how they really took special care of me and made sure I loved every moment. They were both just so sweet I can’t thank them enough. Pam was so dedicated to getting the perfect pics and videos for me she was the sweetest and full of energy 🥺 I had so much fun with Jeff what a guy! You guys are so lucky to have them on your team.
