We had a wonderful day touring Busan with Jina a few days ago. Pickup was prompt and Jina was a safe driver and very good tour guide. She shared her extensive knowledge of Korean history with us over lunch. We never felt rushed and enjoyed the sites we saw. Jina even knew all the best places to park so we never had to walk far. We booked our tour directly with Korea Discovery Tours and BK was easy to deal with - very responsive and flexible in allowing us to customize our itinerary for the day. Happily would recommend Korea Discovery Tours in Busan.

I went to Busan for the first time with my husband and 2 year old daughter and we decided to book a private tour for full flexibility in our day. First and foremost, the company is well organized and very responsive. After booking the trip (not using my personal computer), I realized the booking was not showing up in my TripAdvisor account. I reached out to the company and BK was very attentive and provided me with the information I needed to get TripAdvisor to add the booking into my account. BK also helped acquire a car seat for my daughter. Finally, BK helped me get tickets for the Haeundae Sky Capsule, which I wasn't able to acquire myself online. For the tour itself, we had Sang as our guide and he was excellent. He grew up in Busan and his excitement and pride in sharing his city with us was evident. The day we toured at the end of August was in the middle of a brutal heat wave, which was not easy on my daughter, especially since our first stop was at the Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, where the sun and heat wiped us out - though the temple itself was stunning, it was packed with tourists. Sang was very patient throughout the day, allowing us to take our time and take breaks as needed. After lunch at Jagalchi Market, my husband and I were ready to throw in the towel and head back to the hotel with our cranky daughter, but Sang wanted to ensure we used the time that we paid for and brought us to a beautiful temple known to locals - it was a huge contrast to the Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, which was so hectic and jam packed with tourists that it made me forget that we were even in a temple. Sang also gave us recommendations on local restaurants and cafes, which we followed up on the next day and were very pleased with his choices. At the end of the day, he dropped us off at a restaurant (also his recommendation) and we had a beautiful dinner with views of Gwangalli Beach before heading back to the hotel. Overall this tour was well worth the price and definitely worth it for those traveling with young kids who need the flexibility in their schedules. BK and Sang were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs starting from well before the tour date to ensure we had an excellent day.

An excellent introduction to Busan. Communication with the company was great, right from booking, all the way through to meeting our guide on the day. Jina was excellent and maximised everything we wanted to do (how she managed to get time to fit everything in with the busy holiday traffic amazed us!!) We also got to try some yummy street food once she advised what it was! A great experience.

This was a great tour that was especially nice due to the ability to customize the experience to focus on what we really wanted to see. Sang was FANTASTIC and I highly recommend requesting him. We had the pleasure of touring with him 2 days in a row and truly made the experiences memorable

Thoroughly enjoyed the visit with Daisy today. Daisy adapted very well to my wife not being able to join last minute and in giving me an excellent tour of the cultural village and fish market. Also in generously giving me a suggested solo itinerary for the next three days. Thank you! I highly recommend.

My friend and I only had only 1 full day in Busan so finding this tour was very convenient because they allowed us to customize spots that were our priority to see. The tour was very flexible and they worked with us to get optimal time spent at each location. The tour company was also fortunate to help us obtain tickets to the Sky Capsule less than a month before. (We just had to pay them in cash day of for ticket fee reimbursement). We opted to go to Ahopsan Bamboo forest and mistakenly didn't really search too in depth how much hiking it would be. However the site was incredibly beautiful and unique. I'm still glad we went there because it was unlike other spots that we would have chosen regularly. Our tour guide Art was very kind and communicated well with us. He felt like a trusted uncle showing his family around. Art also took great quality pics for us in our journey around Busan. I'd recommend this tour to everyone who has a short amount of time to visit Busan. It was also nice to be driven from each destination and not waste time depending on public transport. Though the price point may seem more expensive than other tour options, I think this tour was totally worth every penny for the customization and convenience. Moon was an amazing tour guide! We booked last minute (literally early morning of), and the communication from both Moon and the agency was super prompt and accurate. We did not have a set itinerary in mind, but he knew how to fill the full 8-hour day for us by asking just a few questions on preference. 100% recommend!
