1. Recogida y regreso al hotel incluidos (válido para hoteles de la ciudad de Dubái) 2. La recogida se realizará entre 30 y 60 minutos antes de la hora de inicio del tour, según la ubicación de su hotel. Por favor, reconfirme su hora al menos 24 horas antes enviándonos un correo electrónico o un mensaje desde el área del panel de control de su viajero. 3. Por favor, espere en el vestíbulo de su hotel durante la hora de recogida. Cuando llegue al vestíbulo para que lo recojan, simplemente informe al conserje o a la persona de recepción en el vestíbulo del hotel que está esperando a que lo recojan, ya que nuestro conductor se acercará al conserje o al mostrador de recepción en el primer intento de localizarlo en el vestíbulo. 4. We are were booked f or a birthday dinner for my daughter. Mahboob was a wonderful host, driver, guide. So helpful and understanding. Knowledgeable about dubai. Thank you for making my daughter birthday sweet. The food and chef was amazing I would go again.
Another amazing experience to be on top of the world. Afterall it is the highest man made building on earth. I choose floor 154 which comes with a complimentary access to food and beverages and lounge access. You will get access to all floors 154/153/152/148/125 and 124. Little pricey but if budget allows go for it. Worth an experience and standing in open balcony at 152 is all together a different experience.

There was no employees checking that visitors were wearing masks. Everyone was jammed into lifts and it was really unpleasant. Nothing to enjoy at all. I was so disappointed and felt like I was being herded like cattle.

Terrible please read the long review about how misleading this experience is. Its a few snacks on a tray from a waiter walking around. No sit-down table and its overcrowded. For the money you pay this is a total rip off.

Well what can I say, I was totally mislead by the purchase of this “High Tea”!! On the website when you book there is an image of a tea nicely presented on a table with chairs, and so this was my expectation. The reality was that there were a few coffee tables and chairs scattered around by the windows(the views were spectacular I must add) and a few high tables with no stool to stand by. People then were milling around with canapés(which were nice, but not amazing). I finally had a cup of tea which was served on another floor as the experience is over 3 floors. The tea was served with frothy warm milk (which was interesting). Considering the amount I paid for this “High Tea” I was appalled by the whole experience and I couldn’t wait to leave. Leaving was interesting to…they make you stop on 3 floors to try and get you to buy something in their shops. They give you a VIP sticker at the bottom. This should say “MUG” as this is what I felt after the experience. I looked at afternoon tea at the Burj Alarab before booking this. I am so annoyed with myself that I didn’t book this experience instead (it actually turns out cheaper 🤷🏻♀️)
Hello, sorry to hear about. but with all this information do not know about which tour you had the booking with us? i cannot see any booking for you in system that you made or under your name? 1. You putting review on Burj Al Arab tea experience. and saying they give you coffee on 3rd floor? there is no place on 3rd floor in Burj Al Arab serving coffee. 2. There is a difference between high tea and afternoon tea not sure if you know which tour you booked? we would love to check the information if you can provide correctly and the tour which one you making your comments about? because you writing is totally different about which in our products. Took both the on the top and with the afternoon tea and loved it . I visited with my friend visiting me from the US and we were with a family of a total of 5 older teens and 2 adults . We visited in the afternoon and we were super lucky as we had clear skies and the pictures looked incredible from the top. What an experience !
If you want to see the hotel, it makes to book something like this. You have time to spend in the lobby and watch everything beforehand. The fountains in the hotel and all around it are certainly worth seeing. The elevator to the bar is also an experience. The bar is okay, but nothing special. The different courses of afternoon tea are good and you can drink as much as you want. We have ordered several different teas. The quality is good and so is the Service. They are always small appetizers, but 5 such small courses are enough. Especially if you had breakfast. If you have never done it before, I would recommend this. I was already in the bar in the evening, but I think it makes more sense to visit them during the day. You don't see very much in the night.
