Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, a pleasure to be with and very accommodating.
Thank you! Indeed, Iván is great :-)
Excellent tour. Our guide, Nicolas was outstanding and shared a variety of information and history that was unique and helped us better understand Argentinian culture. This was one of the most interesting and informative tours we’ve been on, and we have traveled to many countries. Highly recommend tour with Nicolas.
Thank you, Amanda! It was a pleasure! And the Boca Jrs. situation was fun too haha
What a brilliant 3 hours spent with Nicolas. His knowledge was excellent on the history of Buenos Aires, the culture, changes to the city and the heritage. The time flew by as we walked around and he shared key moments in time, the influences of Europe, politics on everything from the streets, housing, even through to change of street corners! Nothing was too much trouble and it felt like a walk with a knowledge friend. Learning about the growth of the city, the language and regional dialect, through to immigration, policies on imports and the massacres that took place. I would highly recommend the tour, you will learn so much more than any usual tour guide. I have been on this type of tour around the world and Nicolas is one of the best.
Thank you for such a nice review! :-)
Excellent experience. Nicolas was very knowledgeable and engaging. Really helped us understand the history of Buenos Aires and Argentina, as well as the more current political environment.. I would highly recommend this experience.
Thank you for your recommendation :-)
Nico was absolutely fantastic! He tailored his talk to the topics the group wanted to hear about, and thoughtfully answered all of our questions. My husband and I left feeling like we had a deep understanding of Argentina’s history, from political, economic, and social/cultural perspectives. It was a bit longer than shown on viator (3.5-4 hours) but we happily rescheduled our lunch plans to not leave early!
Indeed! Sometimes we just lose track of time and let ourselves go with the flow. It was a great group of curious people. Thank you very much for joining us!
Our guide, Nico, is a local anthropologist & offered an interesting and informative small group (only 3 of us) around San Telmo and surrounding area. It was easy to ask questions and he was happy to share his thoughts and experiences being a native of Buenos Aires.
We always like to go out with tiny groups because it promotes interaction. Thank you :-)
What a great tour. Iaun the tour guide was passionate about his country and Argentine history in general. He was great fun and actively engaged with everybody on the tour. I learned so much about Argentina and got to see some amazing places that you would never discover on your own. First class and I would highly recommend to anybody visiting Buenos Aires who is curious (or just wants to know more about Argentina).
We had a lot of fun! Thank you for joining us :-)

This was a very interesting, informative, and varied walking history and current events tour. I learned much about ancient original history of Buenos Aires as well as recent and current social , political, economic and migration topics. The time flew by . Ample opportunity for refreshment along the way . Very qualified knowledgeable guide
Nico is an excellent host. Local resident whose family has been here for at least three generations. Very adept in history, architecture and politics. His tour is unique and that he takes you places where most tours do not go, and his knowledge of the area is exemplary
It is easy being a good host when we have great curious guests! Thank you for joining us :-)
