Una vez que llegue al Aeropuerto de Punta Cana, nuestro equipo lo estará esperando en la salida principal a donde llegan todos los pasajeros. Su conductor o representante llevará un cartel con el nombre del viajero principal que hizo la reserva, lo que hará que el proceso de reunión sea fácil y libre de estrés. NOTA : Si realiza una reserva para una terminal específica y su grupo incluye dos o más pasajeros, pero una persona llega a una terminal diferente a la que figura en la reserva, se aplicará un cargo adicional por distancia y tiempo de espera. Esto se debe a que las terminales están completamente separadas y el conductor tendrá que viajar a otro lugar para completar el servicio correctamente. Un día antes de su llegada, nos pondremos en contacto con usted para explicarle todos los detalles de la recogida y garantizar una bienvenida suave y agradable a la República Dominicana. Si su recogida es en un hotel, recibirá un mensaje con un día de antelación con todas las instrucciones específicas. El conductor llegará a su hotel y le esperará con un cartel que mostrará el nombre del cliente. Las recogidas en el hotel tienen lugar frente al vestíbulo, en el área designada para el botones, para su comodidad y confort.

Pick up from PUJ was confusing. Ride back to PUJ was great
I'm not sure why you mentioned that the pickup could have been better. The day before your arrival, I explained in detail exactly what you needed to do when you arrived at the airport, and I also emphasized that the airport is currently under construction, which is why we use a different pickup location. If you had gone to the regular pickup area where most tourists are picked up, which is currently affected by the construction, the pickup could have taken up to an hour longer. Instead, once you exited through the meeting point we agreed on, your driver was already waiting for you outside holding a sign with the name "Betty Cromm." Below are the instructions I sent you via WhatsApp: When you land, please send me a WhatsApp message saying something like: “Edward, I am landed.” After you get off the plane, please connect to the airport WiFi. While you are in the immigration line, please let me know if the line is short or long. After you pass immigration passport control, you will go to customs. If you checked luggage, you will wait approximately 30 to 35 minutes at the baggage claim belt. The next steps are the most important. Once you have your luggage, please send me a message saying: “I have my luggage.” Then, after you grab your bags, you will go through the X-ray machine area. As soon as you pass the machine, continue to the exit. When the doors open automatically, walk just a few steps forward. I repeat, only a few steps forward on your left side, you will see an elevator. Take the elevator to the second floor. When you exit the elevator, do not walk straight ahead. Instead, on your right side, there will be another exit to the street. Go out through that exit, and the driver will be there holding a sign with your name. If the driver is not there immediately, please wait 3 to 8 minutes, and he will meet you at the meeting point.

This company had excellent communication throughout our week. They were available to call or text with any questions. Seamless pickup at airport and resort and even offers rides throughout your week into town if wanted. A must book!
Great communication, clean cars, and on time! I had a great experience. I traveled solo so i didn’t want to go through the hassle of trying to find a driver last min. I’m glad i booked with this company. Great value and you can clearly tell they take professionalism very seriously! Doing a great job is their top priority and it shows. Edward gave me the full break down and easy to follow instructions to navigate PUJ. I rode there with Angel who gave me great advice on which destinations i should check out on my trip! I rode to the airport with Luis and a rep from the company to ensure quality service. Everyone i encountered was pleasant and professional. My only thing, they will hound you for a review. But I have no issue giving feedback or reviews especially when it’s deserved. Thank you guys!

Highly recommended. The most affordable I could find. Got pick-up and drop-off booked for my stay in the DR. Communication upon calling to confirm after a flight delay was reassuring. Step-by-step instructions and live updates were provided. I had two different drivers and vehicles but both were great experiences. On-time and private.
