Este tour a pie para grupos pequeños ofrece una experiencia íntima de Bruselas. El guía te llevará a través del centro histórico y sus principales lugares de interés, incluyendo Grand Place, Galerías Reales, Catedral, Manneken Pis, Plaza Real y Mont des Arts. La experiencia comienza con una degustación de gofres en The Waffle Heritage, acompañada de café o té. A lo largo del recorrido, podrá degustar especialidades belgas, incluidos chocolates de un proveedor real y dulces tradicionales basados en recetas que datan de hace más de 500 años. Si bien el recorrido incluye degustaciones, sigue siendo un verdadero paseo histórico. A lo largo de 2,5 horas, recorrerás los principales sitios de Bruselas, ofreciendo una experiencia completa que combina historia y gastronomía. Nos encontramos en Waffle Heritage (Rue Lebeau 25), donde la experiencia comienza con una degustación de gofres acompañada de café o té.
Aquí escuchará y conocerá en persona a la CABRA de Bélgica, elegida por los belgas en el año 2000.
Nuestro guía lo recibirá justo enfrente de la puerta principal del Ayuntamiento. Desde allí, le guiará por la plaza para describir y decodificar los símbolos de las diferentes fachadas: el Ayuntamiento, la Casa del Rey, la Casa de los Duques y muchas otras casas importantes que albergaron nombres importantes como Víctor Hugo o Karl Marx.
No siempre tiene sentido por qué esta fuente de un niño orinando se volvió tan importante. Mientras disfrutas de un gofre calentito, nuestro guía te explicará toda la historia más allá de este misterioso niño. A pesar de su decepcionante tamaño, empezará a gustarle y también a valorar mentalmente a nuestro belga.
Un pequeño paseo por este hermoso y sereno parque será una breve escapada del centro de la ciudad. Gracias a la exposición temporal de las esculturas Le Chat de Geluck aprenderás más sobre el humor belga.
Esta Catedral es un monumento de visita obligada durante tu estancia en Bruselas. A pesar de su sobriedad, las esculturas y los vitrales de esta luminosa iglesia te sorprenderán. La Silla de la Verdad se considera una obra maestra de la escultura en madera del siglo XVII.
En esta parte de la ciudad te sentirás más como París o Viena. Muy diferente a la arquitectura del punto de partida, esta plaza es un lugar ideal para cerrar con una vista asombrosa de la ciudad. We enjoyed our tour very much and certainly recommend it. Ian is a fountain of knowledge and his stories were interesting to listen to. The tour involved a lit of walking and the tastings were utterly enjoyable.

A great and informative tour that showed us a lot of the beautiful sights of central Brussels. The waffles, coffee, and tutorial at the start of the tour were delicious and informative and a great way to begin a 2+ hour walk. Little tasty snacks along the way with beautiful views and architecture.
This tour was a great introduction to some highlights of the city. The waffles, and chocolates that we sampled were from some of the finest shops in the area. Paul did a great job giving us a brief history of some of the city as well as some entertaining myths or legends.
This was a great tour that contained waffles, chocolate, and history. I liked that you got a little bit of each of those categories in the tour. Our guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, which made the tour a lot of fun. I highly recommend making this part of your visit to Brussels.
The meeting place is where we all got to taste three different kinds of waffles. Two were made when we were there - so try to be early or on time. My tour guide Clemens was very knowledgeable and showed us many points of interest and provided his insights of the best chocolates. Every Mary is 2nd on his list - it is better than Neuhaus to my taste buds. I brought 5 pieces at Mary for 6 Euro and at Neuhaus it cost over 15 Euro and it tasted similar to Godiva. I was many tourists from USA - 5 groups from different states. You cannot take it with you so give a little love to make the world go round. You all are fortunate to travel and experience different places. Please tip your tour guide people!!!
Arrive around 15 minutes before your scheduled time event to enjoy the waffles at the beginning of the tour.
What a nice way to get a feel of the city and learning about the history and culture along the way. We started with waffles and made our way around the city with more sweets in between. Our guide was very friendly and attentive to the group.
The chocolate samples were amazing. Our guide, Clements, led a very interesting and entertaining tour.
We loved the stroll and stories of Brussels. Clemens was a knowledgeable tour guide bringing humor to the walking tour. He answered any and all of our questions.
