The climb was lovely, the staff were brilliant, our guide was very informative, safety was very important. The climb was only on a small part of the bridge, this was disappointing as the climb was actually quite short, maybe 40 mins - advertised as 1.5 hours. Our guide gave us plenty time to enjoy the views, took lots of pictures and give us some interesting information. I understand the climb used to be the full bridge. I think it would be important to ensure customers are aware that the climb is only about a quarter of the bridge and to charge accordingly.
Great walk up, very exciting not difficult at all. We did pir climb at sunset very fun and beautiful.

This was soooo much fun and very exciting! We went August 15 at 10am. The employees were amazing, helpful and funny! The other participants were also amazing! We were visiting from the USA and this was a highlight of our vacation!!
The experience was so beautiful!! I went with friends and had the best time, the atmosphere was just stunning. Our tour guide staff Kirsten was so lovely and kind, and especially committed as it was also her birthday!! The view was just spectacular, we booked the 4.15 starting time and got to see the most beautiful sunset from the top with such a rich view. I loved it so much and would highly recommend it to everyone!!

We did work team climb with Story Bridge Adventure Climb. It was a Twilight Climb which offered the best of both worlds. It started at sunset for the climb up and then night time views for the descent. It wasn’t too hard to climb the steps however if you have a fear of heights, it may not be for you. Our guide was Nick and he was an absolute joy to have. He was witty and had a great knowledge of the bridge and Brisbane. All the staff are professional and safety is paramount. It’s a well run operation and would definitely recommend to do this if you’re looking to have spectacular views of the Brisbane River and the city.

We recently completed a school excursion with the support of Sarah from the SBAC team, and the entire process was handled seamlessly from start to finish. I greatly appreciated the organisation, communication, and assistance provided during the preparation stages, which made the experience stress-free.
