Además, experimentará un cóctel local del sur del Tirol y, según su preferencia, una copa de un vino de primera o una cerveza artesanal de una de las microcervecerías locales. Claudia was amazing! She is so knowledgeable about so many things to do with Bolzano, the whole region & the history. The food and drinks were just delicious! We have found that the best way to discover a new town is through it’s food! Bolzano is an amazing food place, having the cross over of the German and Italian food cultures. It is even better when Sharon is your guide. Her english was impeccable and being a local, she knew all if the nooks and crannies. We grazed through all of the food groups, including a brewery whose building was first inhabited in the 1400’s as a winery and we had a delightful flught of 5 different beers that changed my perspective on German basic blond beer.
