Boleto Museo Frida Kahlo

The museum is absolutely beautiful and a must see. The reason I gave this a 2/5 rating is that this is a pseudo-scam. This company buys a lot of tickets and resells them at a higher price and provides you with a PDF to make it seem like a "tour". The PDF is fine and adds some minor additional info but nothing spectacular. Since its a popular museum and sells out quickly this was our only option to see the museum which is why we went with it. However, i recommend just buying tickets at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

Scam never got my tickets and I called and messaged them !

That’s it’s an awesome and very educational tour to learning the most about this amazing and very intelligent woman! The blue house is so well kept and so beautiful w/so many wonderful rooms all exceptionally unique!

I received the tickets for the museum that I had ordered the day before that very morning. No problem as far as I'm concerned.

I am not a fan of Frida and accompanied my girlfriend. Ultimately, I found the house very interesting and would like to watch her movie as well. The prices are too high for me. Especially for children.

I made my reservation for 3:30 pm, one day before they called me to change the time to 1:30 pm, but I received a mail that it was 3:30, so I arrived at 2:30 and lost my tickets. I tried to contact someone at the agency, I even sent a mail, but there was no answer. The price of the tickets was heavily overpriced and I lost them. I want a full refund, or another day to visit the museum.
