Disappointed because there was cloud cover and overcast. We weren't allowed a partial or full refund. Had to use it or lose it. Could have been amazing. The restaurant was good.

Visibility was near zero and we came back a second day to retry after the tickets were adjusted but to no avail. But the worst was the experience with the lady at the entry point and the lady at guest services both of whom were extremely rude with sighs as if they were controlling their anger at basic questions and having temper flares.

The experience was ok although a little pricey for what it offers, especially when compared to Summit. The skip-the-line was worth it for us on December 31st, it did help. Once on top, the views are spectacular and the temperature was ok but what made it a 4/5 was the staff, who seemed bored and unenthusiastic everywhere: even the ones at the bars or the guys at the photo pick up booth...everyone, everywhere seemed tired and unhappy. Go for the views, though, ignore the staff, if they can't be nice during the holidays they probably are just not nice.

We had a priority ticket so we skipped the line and entered One World Trade Center quickly and easily. After a tour about the building we used our $5 priority coupon for refreshments. I would recommend!

Several things need tone fixed ,I had to wait in a picture line for 20 minutes . I didn’t want a picture. U should be able to by pass the line

best observation deck find found in NYC for sure. very comfortable and organized and impressive. 5 star plus

A visit to the One World Observatory is an unforgettable experience and a must for anyone exploring New York City. The excitement begins the moment you step into the elevator—among the fastest I’ve ever experienced—which adds a fun and thrilling start to the visit. We timed our arrival about an hour before dusk, allowing us to witness the city transform from day to night. Watching the skyline light up as the sun set was truly magical. One of the best aspects is that there’s no time limit on your visit, so you can take your time soaking in the views, capturing photos, and enjoying the atmosphere at your own pace.

Views are awesome a must visit while in New York. It's my second time visiting the observation deck and I was amazed each time.

Breathing taking 360 degree views of NY, NJ. Good photo opportunities. Next to Oculus and 9/11 Museum. You can do all 3 in one day.
