I’m not even sure where to start, but I’ll begin by saying I would not recommend this company at all. Do not book with them. Once you arrive in Jamaica, the lack of communication and overall customer service is terrible. The employees are very disrespectful and speak to you as if you owe them something, even though you are the customer. While we were eventually met with an apology from the owner, the experience was still so disappointing that I can’t recommend this business. Please do your research, there is other local company that offers better service and actually cheaper services. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I can not say enough good things about this place. The bus ride over was very enjoyable, the bus driver Melissa was so sweet and gave us so much history/knowledge as well as show and tell/ prizes. The ride was amazing for all experience levels, more experienced riders did get a chance to go a little quicker, however we all got to run in the water. They were very good about choosing horses that matched peoples weight as well as comfort level. Lincoln, and all the trail guides were so kind, patient and overall made everyone feel included and welcome.

Family trip with our 6 year old daughter. It was her first time on a horse and she did amazing! The guides were so friendly and helpful, we never felt worried for her safety! Definitely recommend.

I recently went on a cruise and took part in a horseback riding excursion on the beach, which was a beautiful experience. During the excursion, photos were taken and we were given the option to purchase them. I selected four photos and paid $52 with the understanding that they would be emailed to me. Unfortunately, I never received the photos despite providing my email and payment at the time. I’ve waited patiently and even checked my spam/junk folders multiple times with no luck. It’s disappointing to have paid for memories that I now don’t have. I hope the company will take accountability and either send the photos as promised or issue a refund. I’d love to update this review with a positive outcome, but as of now, I’m left frustrated and disappointed.

Lincoln and Anthony were amazing guides for the Horseback ride and swim in the Caribbean Sea. They were extremely professional and made the experience and magical one that will always be remembered with no regrets. Damian the Akita driver was an amazing driver and guide. Lincoln, Anthony, and Damian we thank you for the quality service and for these memorable moments.

This was so much fun! My husband and I did this with our 9 and 6 year old girls. We all had the best time. Our guides took the best care of our children and ensured we didn’t have to worry. The trek through the ocean on horseback - unforgettable! And they even took pictures and videos for us! Definitely recommend this experience!

This was a super fun experience it was also a bit scary at first but then I got used to being on the horse. I would definitely recommend the only thing is that your thighs get really sore the next day from all the jumping around on the horse. Other than that it was a great experience to do with the person I love!
