Te invitamos a entrar en nuestro proyecto boutique único y descubrir lo que hay “Más allá de las cenizas”, una visita que te lleva al alma misma de nuestra bodega. Esta experiencia va mucho más allá de un tour convencional; es un viaje en el tiempo en un entorno exclusivo, ofreciendo una visión profunda de nuestra filosofía e identidad volcánica. Cada rincón de la bodega tiene una historia que contar. Guiado por una cata de cuatro vinos de autor, descubrirás, en cada nota y matiz, la historia, dedicación y carácter volcánico de la tierra y de las personas que la cultivan. La cata de vinos se acompaña de un ligero maridaje servido con cada vino. “Más allá de las cenizas” es un homenaje a nuestras raíces y un guiño al icónico vino de 1999 “Cenizas de Timanfaya”, que marcó un hito en Canarias, al igual que las cenizas volcánicas que dieron forma a los suelos siguen definiendo el carácter de nuestros vinos hoy en día.

Su viaje comienza con una cálida bienvenida en nuestra bodega boutique. Descubre el increíble secreto geológico de nuestra finca : la bodega está construida directamente sobre una veta de lava real y visible. Descubra cómo las dramáticas erupciones de Timanfaya crearon este paisaje único y proporcionaron los cimientos para nuestros viñedos. Sigue a tu guía por los espacios íntimos de nuestra bodega. Aprenderás sobre la extrema viticultura de Canarias, descubriendo cómo nuestras vides prosperan en la ceniza volcánica y cómo equilibramos tradición con innovación para extraer la verdadera fuerza del suelo. Concluya su visita en nuestra hermosa zona de degustación. Guiado por nuestro experto en vinos, disfrutarás de una cata sensorial de 4 vinos de autor. En cada vaso descubrirás los aromas, texturas y matices del terruño volcánico. Para mejorar el perfil de sabor de cada cosecha, su vuelo de vino estará acompañado de una selección seleccionada de bocados dulces y salados ligeros, perfectamente diseñados para equilibrar la mineralidad única de los vinos.

We are a small group of friends who wanted to have a winery experience whilst on holiday in Lanzarote. We were not disappointed. It is an amazing tour and Alberto was an amazing host. The location is quite remote so recommend you give your taxi driver the coordinates rather than the address as it was quite difficult to find. I would also recommend that some signage be erected along the main road so it's easy to find. But it was a great afternoon and very interesting. Thank you to Alberto for taking the time to show us around his wonderful winery.

Great setting, lovely, lovingly designed bodega, super nice winemaker and guide and the best: very good to excellent wines for tasting with perfectly matching accompanying snacks. Visiting this family-run winery was easily one of the most memorable parts of our time in Lanzarote. There is something so unique about the volcanic landscape there, but what really made the experience stand out was the genuine warmth of the family. From the moment we arrived, we felt like guests rather than just another tour group. The tour itself was perfectly paced—very relaxed and insightful without ever feeling like a lecture. It was fascinating to see how they work with the land, and you can tell there is a lot of pride and history in what they do. The tasting was the highlight, of course; the wines were excellent, and enjoyed in such a peaceful, beautiful setting. If you're looking for an experience that feels authentic, personal, and away from the typical tourist crowds, I can't recommend this enough. It was an effortless, lovely way to spend a few hours soaking up the local culture and some fantastic wine.
