La navegación comienza en Puerto Pañuelo, en la península de Llao Llao. Después de una hora de navegación, verá la isla Centinela, donde se encuentran los restos de Perito Moreno, el padre de los Parques Nacionales Argentinos. Desde ese momento, la navegación continúa hasta la cascada de Los Cántaros. Tras atravesar la exuberante vegetación del bosque pluvial de Valdivia, llegará a la desembocadura de la cascada, en el lago Cántaros, donde podrá ver un árbol de alerce de más de 1500 años de antigüedad. Cinco minutos más tarde, finalmente llegará a Puerto Blest, un lugar cuya belleza ha sorprendido a los turistas durante años. El Blest Inn, un homenaje a la legendaria posada que se ubicaba aquí antiguamente, ha reabierto sus puertas recientemente. Es el lugar perfecto para pasar la noche y descansar en un ambiente realmente único. Esta posada cuenta con un restaurante gourmet y, a pocos metros, hay otro lugar donde se sirven diferentes variedades gastronómicas.
