Dwayne our Driver, was amazing. He was super friendly and easy to talk to. Had a wonderful conversation on the way to Blue Hole and the way back. Helped us with the shopping portion as well. Great guy and we are extremely happy we went with the company!

First let me squelch any safety concerns you may have . . . NO WORRIES HERE. This tour is A#1 & your safety and enjoyment are their ONLY concern 💯‼️ We were so thankful when we found this tour. Everything else we found left out before we even docked 😩. My daughter & I HIGHLY recommend this tour with Racquel & Carl. They would get more stars, of they were available. I don't even know where to start . . . I had prior communication with Racquel & didn't even remember that I guess I mentioned both of our birthdays, among other things. Not only did she remember things we texted back & forth in WhatsApp, BUT . . . They actually decorated the inside of the transport with a birthday banner AND balloons {we were SOOOO surprised, who does this ❤️❓} They never left either of us alone, even when my daughter went into a store to buy a Gatorade, Racquel was right by her side to ensure all went well . . . Especially with the money conversion. They secured the best "guide" at Blue Hole for our experience. Tony was wonderful & took excellent care with my daughter. He even did the jump into water with her - twice. This tour included shopping & they took us exactly where we needed to go to get what we were looking for. We even hungout together at Starbucks by a little beach across from the ship, chitchatting, getting to know each other & exchanging social media so we can keep in touch. They made our experience a once in a lifetime memory. We love you guys . . . A million thank yous again.
