Absolutely exceptional from start to finish….. Saleh our host was waiting for us where agreed 10 mins early. Lovely greeting and explained everything step by step. Genuinely from the 4 of us, Saleh was very very good at what he does, making us feel very comfortable and at ease at every opportunity. The driver Mohamed was great, very safe! From the moment we got picked up at 7.45am to getting back at 5pm everything flowed, no waiting around at all. Very well organised and professional. Our photographer Sherif was fantastic especially doing the snorkeling as my wife was a little uneasy at the start due to it being her first time and he was constantly checking in. The whole trip from start to finish was amazing and couldn’t recommend it enough.

Due to a human error we were delayed and becouse of this the driver was speeding a bit which made me feel pretty uncomfortable as going trough the speed bumps wasn't a big joy . Aircon in the beginning worked, then not sure what happened but half way there we already started to sweat a lot, not even mentioning the journey back. Even tho I asked for English guide we received a poor service . It was only 2 of us in group speaking English, we felt like we are left out . We received a lot less information than others , n almost at the end we both realised our group was called mango but noone gave us this information. Anyway activities were good , but very short. Camel riding was fun ( but scary as well :D ), quads - the best thing from the whole trip, I did not go snorkeling as I did not feel comfortable with this and the canyon was amazing. However many people wore flip-flops so maybe you should advise to wear proper footwear. Lunch was nice. There was an opportunity to purchase picture which is amazing . I did not realise I'll have to pay more in person, not sure why these fees were not included in the price so this put me off a bit as well , again maybe include all the fees in the future. In overall had a good day but other nationalities definitely received more information and had more fun .

This tour was one of the best experiences me and my wife had . We love sayed and his tour . He was good in explaining everything where ever we go
