We went as a family (2 adoults and two kids, 12 and 14) for a birthday gift. It was an amazing experience. The views awesome! Totally worth it! The place is wonderful, very beautifully cared for, it's well organized, the guides are professional and a plesent company. Our guides were fantastic, kind and funny, there were kids in our group and they made it funny and joking, they made the whole experience memorable. I highly racomand it to anyone, who wants to do a fun activity with just a little bit of fisical activity. It was a great experience and we will certainly do it again.
Had an amazing time. My daughter is 11 and was afraid, but the guides went with her and she loved it. A huge thank you to Lucas and David that found and returned some very valuable items to me!
Amazing family fun. Our guides Lara and Doman were incredibly fun, reassuring, positive and playful. My daughter was 8 so zip lined with both the guides and she said they were really fun. As someone who was apprehensive because of worries around heights, I thought our guides were confident, safe and good at giving tips to a range of people.
We had a fantastic time on the Zipline’s trip. The guides were amazing and really settled all of our nerves. They gave us plenty of time for walking between and we had a great experience.
Absolutely fantastic experience. Flying over the most stunning scenery, breathtaking views and will a bit of adrenaline added into the mix! Our guides were excellent - fun, safe, and knowledgable. Highly recommend this company and this adventure.
This trip was so fun. Pick-up and drop off were easy, and everything was well organised. Pia and Nace were incredible guides, we really enjoyed our time with them!
Fabulous experience, my husband and I throughly enjoyed ourselves. Thrilling yet felt safe throughout. Both the guides were excellent and spoke in English which is their second language. Safety briefing was good and the short wire was good for putting the safety, hand signals into practice.
This is a fun activity to do. Beautiful scenary, had a great time. Well organised, felt safe at all times - amazing zip lines across the river valley.
⭐ 1 star The cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice. The problem is that if you book within 24 hours of the excursion, you effectively have no possibility of canceling without losing the entire amount. We had booked exactly within the 24 hours. The evening before the excursion, our 11-year-old daughter got sick, and I immediately wrote an email explaining the situation. I perfectly understand that a cancellation policy exists and I did not necessarily expect a full refund, but, considering the unforeseen event and especially the fact that our spot was then resold to others, I would have found a partial refund to be fair. What left me most perplexed was the handling of the situation: via email, it was even suggested that we leave our 11-year-old daughter alone at the hotel and go on the excursion anyway. Furthermore, after explaining the problem, their main concern seemed to be getting us to confirm the cancellation so they could make our spot available and resell it. I understand the rules and the need to protect against last-minute cancellations, but I believe that in exceptional circumstances like this—communicated immediately and with a spot that was then resold—a minimum of flexibility and attention toward the customer would have been appropriate. It is above all the handling of the situation, more than the cancellation policy itself, that left us very disappointed.
Great fun and although expensive, it was worth the money. Guides were relaxed and professional. I would recommend it for all ages so long as you are fit enough to walk the occasional few items to get to the next wire!
