Ella Train Journey es considerado como uno de los viajes en tren más hermosos del mundo. Aquí damos a nuestros viajeros la oportunidad de reservar asiento desde el último tren azul (que es el más famoso). Hay 02 trenes con por día. 9.00 am 14.30 Usted puede elegir el momento preferido de lo anterior y siempre tratamos de entregar lo que desea. Si hay algún cambio le informaremos con antelación. aquí no es requisito para un boleto impreso. Le enviaremos el billete electrónico por whatsapp o correo electrónico. Asegúrese de mencionar su número de contacto en el momento de la reserva. O bien puede enviarnos un mensaje al número de contacto mencionado por nosotros. El precio nominal del billete es diferente del precio que ofrecemos a medida que se añade el cargo por servicio.

Ella Train Journey es considerado como uno de los viajes en tren más hermosos del mundo. Debido a las obras de reparación de la vía del tren, ahora el tren comienza desde la estación de Ambewela. Que se encuentra cerca de Nuwaraeliya. Crea paisajes verdes muy hermosos desde el momento en que comienzas el viaje hasta que llegas al final. El tren viaja entre las colinas / montañas, fincas de té, sobre los ríos y cascadas, etc. El tren funciona a diario y lo que recibes es el billete de Ambewela a Ella con asientos reservados (El número de asiento está impreso en el billete) Las entradas se asignarán desde autocares reservados de 2a o 3a clase según disponibilidad. No hay mucha diferencia entre las dos clases, ya que ambas vienen con ventanas que se pueden abrir donde se puede disfrutar de lo mejor del viaje panorámico. Solo los pasajeros con asientos reservados pueden viajar en este tren y no hay pasajeros de pie. Por lo tanto, el tren no se está llenando como los vagones ordinarios con asientos sin reserva.

Mahaweli Tours is a reliable company for buying tickets for the train journey to Ella. Nalin van has helped us very well. The contact via Whatsapp went smoothly. We received answers to all our questions within a short time. We received the e-tickets by Whatsapp the night before departure as agreed.
The process is easy, after the purchase they text you in one day. Tickets arrived the day before and the trip went good even if it was in flood days. The communication with Nalin has been easy and professional.
After several days trying to get tickets for the Ella train without success, we found Mahaweli Tours & Holidays and it was the best decision. We want to make a special mention of Nalin, who was always attentive, responding quickly and explaining each step of the process to us with total clarity. Thanks to him we were able to enjoy one of the most anticipated experiences of our trip. It is true that the price is higher than the official one, but in exchange you have the peace of mind of getting the tickets when they seem impossible to find. As a minor detail, we were assigned separate seats, although once inside the train we were able to solve it easily with other passengers. Highly recommended.
They booked reserved tickets for us when these were no longer available in the official site. I assume they track cancellations etc. It's not a cheap service but they were transparent and fair all along the way, and eventually were able to book the tickets for us, which enabled a great experience for us.

We had a really good experience with Mahaweli Tours. I booked train tickets from Kandy to Ella, but the train was not running. They contacted me to inform us that we could travel from Ambewela to Ella instead. Chathuri communicated very clearly via WhatsApp and was very helpful. They sent the tickets via WhatsApp the night before departure.
