The Singapore Flyer was such a nice experience and the views from top was amazing. Everything was smooth and easy, cabin felt comfortable, city looked beautiful at night and we really enjoyed the ride together.
I’m very disappointed with the viator I will never do any booking with viator in event of any tickets!!!! I unable to enter the flyer due to Viator ticket was not able log in after afew attempts… I need to re- purchase 4 tickets again as I trying to resolve this issue! Email you guy no response and no reply… waited for 30 minutes Very disappointed visit. I and my friends will not get any tickets from you guys guy ….

Unfortunately, the organizer cancelled the tour about 24 hours before the date and despite questioning without giving reasons. We took the flyer on the same day and would even have got tickets for our booked tour. Poor service and bad feedback! Not recommended!!!
