I was so happy to find a Hop-on Hop-off company whose buses were still operating during my visit to Dubai on 1 & 2June 2026. A special mention must be made of the drivers Fazil and Thapa whose friendliness and helpfulness with directions when I asked for it was so much appreciated. I admire them for their courage to still drive their routes diligently even if there were sometimes only 2 to 6 passengers on the bus. Thank you Big Bus Dubai for showing me Dubai even during this volatile time!

I booked this tour because it was advertised as a 24 hour hop-on, hop-off tour. The tour is actually NOT 24 hours. When I arrived at 5:20pm, the bus driver told me the tour is actually from 9-5. I was not issued a refund and TripAdvisor refused to compensate me for its fraudulently advertised tour.

While the ticket is advertised as valid for 24 hours, this validity applies within our scheduled operating hours, which are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For example, if a guest begins the tour at 2:00 PM, the ticket remains valid until 2:00 PM the following day, provided this use falls within operating hours. We understand how arriving close to the end of the day, as in your case at 5:20 PM, would understandably lead to disappointment, and we regret that this was not clearer at the time of booking. We would also like to clarify that refund decisions for bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to their individual policies. That said, we genuinely want to assist further and review this matter properly. Please contact us directly with your booking reference number so we can investigate the situation and support you through the appropriate refund or resolution process where possible. We were able to cover the whole city. The 5 day pass was a great value for us. We enjoyed the included extras with the 5 day pass; the Frame, sunset desert, aquarium and boat cruise. The red route is pretty much on time but there was bad Sunday traffic on the blue route. The narration is very informative.

all the drivers and staff at bigbus tour are just FANTASTIC and they are nothing but helpful. Really had a great time in Dubai with big bus tour. Driver ISHAQ is a very good driver and he's helped us a LOT. Strongly recommend bigbus tour if you want to visit Dubai in comfortable!p

Terrible traffic on the bus for over 3 hours got from stop 1-7 (out of 13) on one route only.

Big bus is a great way to get around to the main attractions in Dubai. Had a very good experience with it. Specially i took the bonus package with the dhow cruise and desert safari. the driver name nawaz was very nice give me the tips to make my desert safari experience more enjoyable. highly recommend the full package.
