While the ticket is advertised as valid for 24 hours, this validity applies within our scheduled operating hours, which are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For example, if a guest begins the tour at 2:00 PM, the ticket remains valid until 2:00 PM the following day, provided this use falls within operating hours. We understand how arriving close to the end of the day, as in your case at 5:20 PM, would understandably lead to disappointment, and we regret that this was not clearer at the time of booking. We would also like to clarify that refund decisions for bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to their individual policies. That said, we genuinely want to assist further and review this matter properly. Please contact us directly with your booking reference number so we can investigate the situation and support you through the appropriate refund or resolution process where possible.
