2 great cities, bayonet architectural, biarritz picturesque
Carlos was a great guide, swapping seamlessly from Spanish to English. We had a great first time in France & well worth the trip to see the French Basque Country and how it differs. Carlos gave great guided tours in both places we stopped and still allowed enough time for self exploration. It was good to be shown places to go back to rather than blindly go in and miss things. I just wish we had longer at each and it was a full day tour (until 6pm not 3pm).
Superb tour by Victor. Very interesting, extensive, and clear explanations and descriptions. We visited the most interesting and beautiful places. Thank you very much for the successful trip.

Short visits to Bayonne and Biarritz. Our guide Carlos was considerate and friendly. Wish there was more time at each spot. As planned, this trip barely checks the boxes and leaves very little time for self exploration.
An amazing day! Carlos was a great guide who gave us lots of history & information about the places we visited. Lunch was also great! 3 different towns with 3 different personalities. A great way to see a lot in a day. Highly recommend this tour!
This is not flashy or high class. Tour guides are responsible caretakers who keep you to a tight schedule. Be prepared to walk. Challenges include cramped small vans with poor air conditioning and very challenging parking conditions. Bonuses include excellent company communication and knockout lunch venues when included.
First, let me tell you how five star the communication was with this company. There was a little confusion on which side of the hotel you are picked up on which was quickly sorted. The price was very fair for the length of the tour which included an elegant lunch. Be aware that the tour guides are genuine working class people who live in this area. This is not an elegant ride or delivery - small vans with not very good air conditioning. The guides are not experts on the places you are visiting, but they can answer many practical questions about the area. Your safety and care are well done with these guys.
The guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip very interesting- it was a very comfortable drive with lots of interesting facts. Quite a lot of walking but overall expensive
This trip was “okay”. Was lovely to see Biarritz, Bayonne and Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The lunch was tasty but clumsy when ordering with not a lot of help from guide. The guide had favorite guests and therefore we felt almost ignored. The guide was knowledge, there’s no denying that but he should work on being personable, friendly, inclusive and equitable with his clients.
