Durante este recorrido a pie por la ciudad, se sumergirá en la atmósfera histórica de la Bergen medieval y disfrutará de las impresionantes vistas del Mar del Norte y el país de las islas desde la cima de la montaña de la ciudad. Este tour privado es una combinación de 2 horas de recorrido a pie con el viaje en funicular y 1 hora de recorrido gastronómico. Disfrutará tanto de la historia como de las tradiciones de la cocina noruega.

Itinerario
El guía lo recibirá en el hotel o en cualquier lugar más adecuado para el lugar del cliente. Verá la parte medieval de Bergen, incluida la fortaleza de Bergenhus del siglo XIII.
Pasará a pie el Salón del Rey Håkon del siglo XIII (la residencia real de piedra más antigua del país) y la Torre Rozenkrantz.
Pasará de la fortaleza de Bergenhus a la Oficina Hanseática de Bryggen, inscrita en la Lista del Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO en 1969. Los estrechos pasajes de la Oficina conservan el espíritu del centro de comercio medieval establecido a mediados del siglo XIV.
Con su guía, pasará por el famoso mercado de pescado de Bergen, que se convirtió en el primer mercado mayorista oficial de Noruega para la producción de mariscos.
A través de la plaza peatonal Torgalmeningen, llegará al parque de la ciudad con un pabellón de música y una plaza festiva (el punto de partida de todos los desfiles de la ciudad). Pasará por el área con Grieg Hall y city lake con la fuente en el medio.
1 hora de recorrido gastronómico (degustación de alimentos) y 1 hora de caminata parte de su recorrido finalizará en la estación inferior de Floibanen, la línea del funicular de la ciudad. Con el funicular llegará al mirador en la cima de la montaña Floien. Después de 30 minutos de tiempo libre en el mirador, regresará a la estación inferior. Una minivan o minibús con conductor te esperará a la salida del funicular. Este es el final de su recorrido. El tour puede ser terminado por solicitud del cliente en otro lugar. (Tenga en cuenta que durante las horas de afluencia de turistas, el tiempo de espera en el funicular puede ser superior a 30 minutos).

My wife and I took the local food and funicular tour in Bergen with tour guide Olaf. Our experience was excellent. As I have mobility and balance issues, Olaf was very helpful holding my arm throughout the tour. One tip - in preparation for the lunch at the fish market, I recommend you eat a very light breakfast or skip breakfast all together. The lunch was excellent and very large

Tour was excellent. Our friends have visited Bergen and recommended us food tasting Tour suggested by Vinoltours. Tour program is logical. Firstly walking Tour in Old quarters of the city. The second part return Funicular trip, at the end food tasting program. The main part of food tasting was suggested at the Fish Market. Creamed Norwegian fish soup, pieces of 5 types of local goat cheese, pieces of smoked salmon and salami from game meat and delicious dessert with apple pie. Excellent program and knowledgedebl guide!

We have booked a private tour. We have chosen Vinol Tours agency. My wife prefer tours with food tasting in every new country when we are traveling . One of tours that includes local food tasting was on the list of Vinol Tours. 3 hour tour offers walking tour in the medieval parts of Bergen, return Funicular trip to the top of the city mountain and local food tasting in restaurant. Amazing views of the sea and islands along the shore line stored now in our camera. Food tasting in reality was 3 course lunch (more than we expected): fish soup, different types of smoked salmon, cured meat, and delicious dessert! We ordered this tour, because of the maximum information that you can get from walking tour in Bergen. Just walking tour without Floibanen trip in Bergen, this is not enough to become familiar with this historical city of Bergen. Old quarters of Bergen gave us enough information to understand why Norwegian kings decided to move their capital from Trondheim at the North to Bergen Fjord area. Great location. Big bonus if this is sunny day and you can enjoy panoramic views of medieval city from the top of Floien that is the most popular mountain in Bergen with the lookout place at the summit. That was good that our guide brought prebooked funicular tickets, We escaped long waiting time with people buying funicular tickets. My recommendation is always to add funicular return trip to your walking or sightseeing tour in Bergen.
