Amazing Night!
Unbelievable night, food was amazing, atmosphere incredible and the show just wow. Best night of the holiday. Thank you everyone at the benidorm palace hopefully see you again in 2027.

Todo ello se completará con los medios técnicos más vanguardistas que existen hoy en día en el mercado. De hecho, la dirección ha instalado 250 metros cuadrados de pantallas LED HD fabricadas a medida, con una resolución de 8K, que se presentarán de manera destacada. Al combinar iluminación, vídeo, sonido y efectos especiales, complementados con elementos escénicos y arquitectónicos, continuamente superamos los límites para brindar a nuestro público una experiencia que refleje las últimas tendencias en cultura popular, música, diseño de vestuario, coreografía y multimedia. Un elenco internacional compuesto por cerca de medio centenar de artistas serán los encargados de guiarnos a través de esta particular vuelta al mundo y de mostrar al espectador toda la riqueza artística de este show, concebido para sorprender una vez más al público más fiel al Benidorm Palace y también a quienes nos visiten por primera vez.

Simply wonderful
Simply breathtaking, we come to Benidorm every year for the show. We took the backstage tour: remarkable. The orchestra made us dance during the intermission and we enjoyed the meal.

Service was very poor
The show was amazing but the service was atrocious we was sat at a table were we could hardly see the show and we didn't get service we had to go to the bar every time we did ask a waiter for some drinks and he took our order but after an hour ov waiting we new we wasn't getting our order so my husband had to go to the bar we wasn't the only people that didn't get service either it was such a shame because we was always happy when we have been in the past years with everything we pay for the service so we should get the same service as everyone else

We did experience a few issues on Saturday evening as we were extremely busy, and our waiters were doing their very best to serve everyone as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologise for the delay in service and any inconvenience this may have caused. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate your understanding.

Not surprising
They put us on the side with very poor visibility. Everything is very cliché now: magic tricks that surprise no one, circus tricks that you don't even see on Got Talent anymore, and dances that bore even the dancers' mothers, drink prices are quite high, it might be fine for foreigners....

Gracias por compartir nuevamente su opinión. Hemos visto que ha publicado prácticamente la misma valoración en Google, donde ya hemos respondido detalladamente a los puntos que plantea. Respetamos completamente que TRIVIUM no haya sido de su gusto; ningún espectáculo puede gustar a todo el mundo. Sin embargo, creemos que existe una diferencia entre expresar una opinión negativa y utilizar comentarios como que nuestros bailes “aburren hasta a las madres de las bailarinas”, una expresión que consideramos innecesariamente despectiva hacia el trabajo de nuestros artistas. En cuanto a la ubicación, tal y como ya le indicamos, nuestro equipo de sala está siempre disponible para intentar ofrecer una alternativa cuando un cliente nos comunica que no está satisfecho con su mesa o visibilidad. Lamentamos que la experiencia no cumpliera sus expectativas, pero defendemos con absoluto respeto el enorme trabajo, talento e inversión que hay detrás de TRIVIUM, un espectáculo que está recibiendo una valoración extraordinariamente positiva por parte de la gran mayoría de nuestros clientes. Absolutely amazing
This is the 2nd time we have been here and it was so amazing! The talent of the performers is what you would find at the west end of London

An enjoyable evening at Benidorm Palace
We arrived by taxi about an hour before the show started and exchanged tickets for other tickets and directed to our table. I was surprised how large the building was and a large audience present. Drinks were reasonably priced and waiter's took your orders and delivered drinks to your table. Pre entertainment was a group of musicians playing unfamiliar music which all seemed similar and probably not to many people's taste. Show started around 10.15pm and the dancers and various entertainers were very good. Show lasts for 2 hours approximately. We left 15 mins prior to end of show to avoid queuing for a taxi back to our Hotel.

Appalling waiter service.
Appalling service. Got seated A33. 20 mins before show and we ordered our drinks. People after us got served and we asked 4 waiters and still no drink. As we were seated by the stage with the dry ice smoke made our throats all dry. Good job my wife had some mints. Kept us going. Absolutely terrible waiter service. Then we were told our table was actually a36. And still didn’t get served. Next time we will bring my own drinks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We sincerely apologise for the service you and your wife experienced. Having to ask four members of staff and still not receive your drinks is unacceptable, and the confusion over your table number only added to your frustration. We are also sorry that the stage effects caused you discomfort. You should have been able to relax and enjoy the show, rather than spend your evening trying to get served. While we always aim to provide a seamless experience , it is clear we fell short on this occasion. Thank you for your feedback

Incredible night

Great show
The Palace was amazing! Couldn't ask for a better show. My mums first time in Benidorm, she is 79 and loved it! The meal was fantastic! 4 course meal and a show €60 pp brilliant 👏

Laila Benidorm palace
We had a lovely experience at Benidorm palace. Our photographer Laila took our photos before and during the shows. They were lovely pictures. Laila was so kind and heart warming, she even let us get a photo with her. I definitely recommend 10/10🫶🏽
