Partimos de Bellagio y navegamos hacia el corazón del lago central: aguas tranquilas, residencias históricas y parques botánicos que descienden en pendiente hacia la orilla. Desde el lago, cada rincón cuenta una historia: una logia escondida, un balcón con vistas al agua, un promontorio reflejado en la cuenca inferior. La parada principal es Villa del Balbianello, una de las residencias más codiciadas del lago de Como y la menos accesible si se visita por cuenta propia. El acceso es limitado, por lo que incluirlo en tu itinerario te garantiza un acceso privilegiado al que mucha gente no tiene acceso. Miradores escalonados, un parque ajardinado y una arquitectura sencilla conforman un conjunto singularmente evocador. INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE La entrada incluye el acceso al parque, pero no a los espacios interiores. Estancia en el lugar: aproximadamente una hora. La hora de devolución se asignará tras la confirmación. La Villa no admite excepciones: quienes no lleguen al punto de embarque previamente acordado perderán el servicio de regreso al Bellagio.

Villa del Balbianello es uno de los lugares más codiciados del lago de Como, y también uno de los más difíciles de alcanzar por cuenta propia. El acceso es limitado y las plazas se agotan rápidamente: incluirlo en tu recorrido significa garantizar una experiencia que muchos visitantes no llegan a tener. Terrazas suspendidas sobre el agua, jardines escalonados y arquitectura de época crean un paisaje de singular belleza, que se disfruta mejor con calma. Booked 1 month in advance: boat trip + skip-the-line access to the Villa del Balbianello gardens, 1:20 PM slot. Cancelled by email at 12:15 PM due to "dangerous weather conditions" — even though the rain had stopped and boats, including theirs until ~12:30 PM, were circulating on the lake. Their ticket office then gave us another version: gardens "sold out today and tomorrow," confirmed in writing on WhatsApp ("No tickets with us"). We walked up: tickets bought in 30 minutes at the villa's official ticket office. At 2:30 PM, their boats docked at the villa's pier (photo). Three contradictory versions, a "VIP access" paid for but never provided. Refunded, but tickets repurchased out of our own pocket and the crossing never took place.
Extremely disappointing experience. The service was very poor from start to finish. The staff arrived late themselves, yet when we arrived at the exact time of our booked reservation, they refused to let us in. Instead, we were forced to wait for more than an hour without any clear explanation or apology. During that time, the staff made no real effort to solve the situation or communicate with us properly. Even worse, we were not the only ones affected—several other tourists were left waiting as well and were also ignored when asking for help. Despite paying for a scheduled experience, we received no assistance, no solution, and no consideration for the inconvenience they caused. The lack of professionalism, organization, and customer service was shocking. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as they clearly do not value their customers’ time or treat them with respect.
Terrible experience, they did not respect the ferry departure forecasts in the slightest both on the way there and on the way back, very long wait under the scorching sun without a minimum of shelter.. They treat the tourist only as revenue.... I recommend using the taxi boats, there are many and you don't have to wait in the sun
They oversold the boat by at least 10 people, making people stand. Playing loud crappy country music didn’t help!
After checking in, everyone had to stand in the blazing sun for 25 minutes. As a result, we started off with a delay. Thus, there was only about 45 minutes left for the visit to the villa. The return trip also included a stop at a different port. Therefore, we returned approximately 1.5 hours late! And that for about €140 for 2 people. There is really no praise to be given here. !
